Just wanted to thank the service team at Cobourg Honda for an awesome experience. I was driving back to Burlington with my wife when the engine light started flashing on our Honda Odyssey. We were just approaching the Cobourg exit and called Cobourg Honda. They were able to take us in immediately with very friendly service. We were offered a loaner car to grab a meal by the waterfront while they worked on our car. We quickly received a call identifying the issue and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Fantastic people and fantastic service. Much appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle at Cobourg Honda, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the team.
Andrew was incredibly prompt in responding to my initial email with questions about the vehicles. He was very flexible in setting up an appointment that suited my schedule, which made the whole process smooth from the start. Andrew went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect vehicle. He did an amazing job explaining all the features and details I needed to know about the 2025 Honda CR-V EX-L Hybrid AWD, ensuring I felt confident before taking it for a test drive.
While Andrew was finishing up with another customer, Ken stepped in to assist me and was equally helpful and attentive. After selecting my vehicle, I worked with Kyle in finance, who was awesome at explaining everything clearly and guiding me through the approval process without any stress.
Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase and the outstanding customer service I received at Cobourg Honda. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and informative car-buying experience!

Cobourg Service team has Amazing Customer Service!!!
I limped my car in at 4:15pm on a Friday with a sudden loud noise as I drove or depressed the brakes. I had no appointment but was afraid to drive home. The team put it on a hoist to discover a lodged chestnut hidden by a sneaky squirrel!!!
Thank you Team Honda for giving me the peace of mind to drive home!!!! You're the BEST!!!!

Very professional and friendly dealership. Andrew provided us with excellent service when we purchased our first vehicle in March 2025. Two months later our other vehicle had serious mechanical issues and we decided to buy a new vehicle.
