If you’re looking for a vehicle, new or used, I can’t say enough good things about her. She has the patience of a saint, a very impressive work ethic, and will not harass you with random phone calls. She took the time to listen to what we wanted in a truck and worked WITH us to help us get exactly what we wanted. In my opinion, she went above and beyond her job description to help make our purchase a memorable one!

Brought my truck in for a fuel filter service. Ended up pinching the O-ring and caused a fuel leak. Caused me to miss half a day of work for the repair.

Brought my truck in for a broken rear window. $150 for the window is fine. The $300 for install is fine as well. The lack of care to clean up the broken glass inside the truck and dusty finger prints all over the door, along with a small but very noticable damage to the stitching on the trim is not fine.

Cameron is a fantastic salesman. He went out of his way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and that we tested every vehicle and feature in the class we were looking at. There was no pressure to make a purchase. After dealing with a big city import dealership on our previous purchase it is important to us to have local maintenance and support and Cold Lake Chrysler is the best place in town to meet those needs

I have always had excellent and prompt service from Cold Lake Chrysler. They always do a great job, the Mechanics even talk to you about your vehicle. Erin in the service office does a stellar job working with my 3rd party waranty company to ensure they cover what the contract says they should. No shortcuts made here.
