with how busy it was today (sunday before christmas), the store was still very organized and staff were very friendly and helpful, i wish i knew the name of the younger girl who helped me find my book when i couldn’t find it myself as she was incredibly polite! friendly atmosphere and decent selection for the size of the store

It's a fun place to browse. Prices are steep and therefore I never buy anything here. However, I always find something obscure here that always amuses me. Yesterday I found a Golden Girls sticker set for sale. It's a great way to waste time at the mall if you're waiting for somebody or if you don't feel like sitting in the food court anymore.

Great selection of books. They are a small store but have tons of options when it comes to teens and kids. Lots of fun gifts and note books/sketchbooks/planners at the front. If they don't have the boom you want they are more than happy to order it in for you. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a great visit to the store with my daughter right before Christmas. All the staff, while busy, were still friendly and helpful. I always enjoy coming here and will be back soon as my wife is on the lookout for a new novel.

There is something to be said about holding a book and reading. We old-school people appreciate it over staring at yet another screen (kindle) to get some mental enjoyment. Coles is my go-to place for purchasing books and related materials. The local store is always clean and tidy and things are easy to find. Staff will go out of their way to make sure my purchasing experience is as pleasant as possible.

Nice little bookstore in the Village Green Mall. It's well set-up with good signage for all the different sections. They also carry a pretty decent selection of magazines and small gift items. When the thought of shopping in a mega bookstore is overwhelming this is the go-to place.
