my mother had an extremely disappointing experience with the owner of this shop.

she had been a customer for a very long time (since the days when they were located in ogilvy), and on her last visit she asked for specific underwear she always buys, and while going to the change room to try something else, the owner wrapped her purchase and gave her the total. my mom paid, got home, and upon opening the package found that two of the underwear were the wrong model. she immediately called the store but the owner said "sorry, underwear are not returnable” — not for a second taking responsibility for her own mistake. my mom went back (remember, she had been a loyal customer for years) and purchased two additional underwear (the ones she actually wanted) but the owner would not give her the previous discount because "it was no longer in effect."

wow! talk about not giving a hoot about your customers and their loyalty. my mom swears she will never go back, and i would do the same.

Beautiful staff and service! The most gorgeous lingerie. It’s hard to beautiful I ever shopped anywhere else for nice lingerie. Their pieces are elegant, timeless and so feminine! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something special for yourself or another.
