I have to leave 1 star, so there it is. I give it 1 star because the place was warm. That's it. Their business ethics suck. The customer does NOT come first, my money does though. And once they have they dont give it back. For any reason. And once a person has an account there, he/she shouldn't have to prove i.d. every time. My phone number and name should do it. Especially sinceI. pushing 60 years of age. I most definitely look over 28..... and 18. And all I got for a response for each couple of words I spoke? "Sorry sir. I'm sorry sir" stick your sorry where weed doesn't grow. Have a nice day.

First time here, they carry zero rosin, I asked the staff for the best quality buds and they had a confused look on their face. They asked me if I prefer Indica or Sativa... I like both as long as it's top quality. They show me only 1 option and nothing else. Jeez you guys don't have much options for quality here? They respond "Well, it's Vanier..." The staff look like 2 kids fresh out of high school on their first job. If you want anything quality, go somewhere else. These guys just sell low quality products with top shelf price and have zero passion about the subject. The bar is really low here, by far the worst dispensary I've been to in Ottawa since legalization. 🏆

I called them immediately and spoke to the manager, I was literally told to bad!!
It's not our fault we sell it we don't bag it!!! WHAT A WAY TO STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL!!! IN MY OPINION THAT SAYS COME GET RIPPED OFF!!!
Last time I ever buy from a store ALL because of YOU COLLECTIVE GROWERS I'LL BE RETURNING TO THE BM !!!

First time I went was fine,not a huge in store selection but I was able to find something. I went today and there was literally nothing to pick from. I'll try again but..wasn't super impressed this time.

The staff is nice and friendly enough. My only comment is in Ontario you have to look 25 or older to enter, otherwise you need ID. I definitely do not look under 25, I'm 44 and walk with a cane and was made to give ID both times...didn't feel the ID'ing was necessary...Make sure if you go bring ID no matter how old you are I guess..I suppose better safe than sorry.

Mabey you should wait for you customers to leave befor you run mouth talking trash , and your condescending attitude after the fact called you out on it didn't make you look good either, lousy attitude, carding Is your policy but but talking trash isn't, spin it how ever you want , I can tell by this store responses to comments that you guys are very out of touch with your customer service as well, I look forward to hearing the response from this lol

Do not buy anything from here because their products are always minus, faulty and stale. And as if that wasn't enough, they don't know how to act and speak

This place is in business to rip you off. I was sold a vape pen and two cartridges, costing me $100. Brought everything home and nothing worked. Brought it in the following day and was told that the cartridges that I was advised to buy are not compatible with the vape pen that I bought in the same purchase and that they would not refund me because separately all the products worked fine. Staff acknowledged that the business and customer service is terrible while laughing and saying that there is nothing they would do. Please don’t trust these people with your money. They run a shameful business.
