Had a terrible experience with the tire dealers just off to the left of this establishment in between the computerplace. No dirt on colwood car mart unless of course they are associated and employing these people. Crystal completely sideswiped our deal. She told me that she would sell me 2 tires for x price. I told her i only needed one tire but she said she only sells them in pairs. I asked if the mounting of the tires to the rim would be included as i needed to be able to travel afterwards and that was the only way i would buy the extra tire. She told me yes that she had a family friend at integra tire just down the road and she knew my situation was urgent and she was totally able to get me in right away as an included service for our price we discussed. Upon buying these tires I called integra on my way out of the parking lot to ensure they could get me In. When they answered the phone they told me the had no recollection of crystal or of any such deal and they were closing and would have to get me in another time and then basically said sorry no idea what ur talking about and hungup on me. I then went to midas to get the service done as I needed my vehicle urgently. Ended up paying 76 more dollars then I had planned. I messaged crystal back to inform her that they had no idea who she was and I was now out another 76 dollars more then I intended to spend. She then gaslighted me and told me that was never a part of our deal and proceeded to call me crazy. She told me her husband was now there and to bring back 1 of the 2 tires she had sold me and she would give me 50 dollars back. When I arrived back with the spare tire obviously upset but still calm she asked me what I'd like to do about our miscommunication. I told her we'll here's your tire I'd like my 50 dollars back like we agreed on. She then proceeded to tell me she was pissed and that this was ridiculous and took the tire and only offered me 40 dollars. When I said again that is not what we agreed on her husband steps In and starts arguing and insulting me. Luckily for them I decided to take the high road and walk away rather then becoming violent. Will definetly not be coming back there and highly reccomend taking your issues to midas just next door they were fast efficient and understanding despite closing in 4 minutes.

Very friendly and low pressure . If you have credit challenges then talk to these people . I bought a car and the battery died a few weeks later . They sent a tech with a new battery , installed it and away I went . Great to deal with , wouldn't hesitate to give them my future business .

Yesteday I had an amazing experience at Colwood Car Mart. Jamie was amazing and ensured there was no pressure and a fun experience. I had a few concerns that he ensured were looked after or will be in the upcoming days and he got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. He listened cared and kept his word. Now, stop reading this and call Jamie and go get a car/truck, I drove off in under 1 hr - simply fantastic - Thank you Colwood Car Mart!!!!!

I have bought 3 vehicle's from Colwood Car Mart the staff here are absolutely wonderful super friendly and always eager to help. I love that's they don't pressure you into getting a vehicle and that they are always trying to get you into something that you want. Will be back.

I just purchased a truck from Colwood Car Mart and I have to say it was such a positive experience. They are awesome people and go to every extent to help with the purchase. I found the staff very professional and friendly and they did everything they could to help me find what I needed to best suit my needs. Purchased my car at Colwood Car Mart, went on an amazing trip with it, my Honda Insight is so great on gas. Drove from Victoria to Arizona on 100$ in gas. Superb customer service would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

Bought my Dodge Nitro from there and the staff were amazing! Extremely helpful and no pressure sales people. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle.
