Computer Professionals is a fantastic local business with friendly, knowledgeable staff and world-class customer service. If you have any computer related issues or are looking to build a custom gaming setup like I did – This is the only place to go. Ryan helped to guide me on my adventure building a high-end gaming computer to replace my obsolete 10-year-old one I have been using. He worked with me patiently, even when I was indecisive numerous times. He answered all my questions and gave suggestions on areas where we could improve the computer. I gave Ryan a budget and he came in under what I was looking for which gave me room to buy other upgrades for my new setup (Desk, Monitor, Monitor Mount, etc.). Ryan only selected high end and reliable parts for the build.

Our communication was a mix of emails and phone calls. Ryan would reply sometimes within minutes of me sending an email with questions. The speed of the whole undertaking was lightning fast! When it came to the ordering of the parts for the computer it only took a day for the parts and a day to build and pick up the computer. Once I got my new computer home and set it up it was as simple as plugging it in and jumping right back into the gaming.

The computer runs amazingly with everything on max settings and the internals of the desktop were set up with meticulous care. The whole layout of the computer looks stunning.

Computer Professionals has earned my trust and loyalty without question. I am so glad I did not order a prebuild computer like I was originally contemplating. Do not go anywhere else for your computer needs. Thank you again Ryan and David for the dream machine!

David and Ryan are awesome. We just retired and needed to set up a home office, these guys were fantastic to deal with. For years in our business we have had people to help with these sort of things internally, so we would have been lost without their help. David and Ryan walked us through everything, never once making us feel silly for asking basic questions.

I spoke with their service on the phone super friendly and helpful as I work out of town my timeline is short when I'm home. They were able to do what I needed on my computer within two days and have it back to me. They also cleaned the laptop into a state it hasn't been in quite sometime. All my data was kept and transfered over how I requested. I didn't think the keyboard would ever be this clean again. I used to use this laptop on a construction site before bringing it back to personal so it was very dusty. Like everything the cost is expensive but so is anyone that provides a good service so I'm a happy customer.

I brought in my gaming PC around 10:30am. That I tried building on my own and it did not power up. I got a call from Ryan around 11:30am saying he has found the problem. I got my PC back the same day around 3:30pm with everything updated and setup. Ryan was very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. These guys are great! My computer holds all of my work, hobbies, etc. When it shut down, I fully expected to have to replace the hard drive. Ryan was amazing! Fixed my baby faster than he said he could and it cost a tenth of what my nightmares said to expect. Thanks so much!
