The company's behavior is unacceptable. They contacted me at 11:00 pm offering a one-day part-time shift, promising to pay for 8 hours of work and reimburse my $65 Uber expense. Despite my efforts to reach out, they ignored my calls and messages. This experience left me feeling terrible, especially since they assured me of payment when I was in need. Staff is really nice. They are open on Sunday as well. I dropped trailer at 9 am and they loaded at 1 pm. There is less space for backing so reverse trailer from the road.
Overall good experience.

Quality products at a very good price! Have bought at Walmart and Loblaws. I am convinced that these products could also be sold at upscale food markets - with fancy packaging at 4 times the price. Our family's favourite is the mini cornbread loaves. No trans fat. Kosher. Better than my own home-baked ones. Company was very responsive when I emailed a question.

Very poor customer service.
On Nov. 26th I had 1 of their muffins, in the last bite was a red coloured stick (I think) slightly curved, with a groove on the inside.
I immediately emailed customer service and got the standard "received" email.
After 2 weeks of no reply, I sent another, asking if anyone was actually going to reply,
after another 2 weeks of no reply (4weeks total) it is obvious they don't care about quality control.
I am not looking for compensation of any kind, but you'd think someone there would care a tiny bit, especially if someone got hurt (I wasn't).
I, for 1, will never purchase any product from this bakery ever again, regardless of how much I enjoyed them.

Have purchased their "Donut Holes" (chocolate glazed), as much as the chocolate taste was nice and not too sweet, they are not donuts to me.
I may be wrong but feels more like a cake pop type of dessert; meaning that it feels as if they were chocolate cake crumbled and formed into balls and dipped into a glaze..
Like I said, the flavor is good, but doesntl't feel like a donut to me.

When I opened my package of mini sugar powdered donuts, four of the donuts had black smudges on them. Seems like oil from machinery. On top of the unnecessary amount of required information while making a customer complaint, there was no submit button. Extremely disappointed.
