I purchased British and English pounds ,
They were provided, I got to UK one third of currency given me was paper (not the plastic )and had been out of circulation for at least 2 years and it was NOT accepted! So here I am short cash because your currency business fraudulently provided bills out of circulation!AND NOT ACCEPTED!

Did not give me the rate that I was quoted
Did not realize it until I got home and looked at my receipt
Called them and they told me I got the rate I was quoted and would not fix it, (great customer service)
Will be exchanging money with the banks from now on,same exchange rates
Would not recommend

Really great useless customer service
They wanted me to call them to clear up any misunderstandings.Called them twice and left messages on their answering machine and not surprised,they did not return my call
I think they try to make it look like they care about their reviews but they don’t
