Drove for 30 mins with 3 kids to get an item from the flyer. It was the day the sale started. Get there, they tell us they are sold out already. Refused to give a deal on the similar item because it was a blowout sale. They also didn't offer a raincheck. They stated that their inventory was incorrect as well. If you are going to advertise a product on the front page of your flyer you should insure your inventory is correct and that you have enough product in stock. Take ownership for mess ups and make it right.

This rating is updated because the coop refunded our money for some Regal railing pieces we bought. We were sold the wrong railing and the manager was very understanding and agreed with us.

Nothing but great things to say about CO-OP. When things went sour.... they made it a sweet ending! The lady at customer service made it happen! Awesome place! Will not go anywhere else.

I purchased a lift of lumber today and the service was great! Dennis in the Contractor’s Centre was a huge help and Mike the delivery driver had it to my house before I even got home. It was a great experience!

Best thing about this store is CINDY! She always goes above and beyond to help customers. She is knowledgeable and patient. There's a older guy in the lumber yard, don't know his name but he always picks out the best lumber for me.

Very thankful to have a building supplies store in the area with great hours. Friendly staff but terrible customer service. Was hoping they would improve over time but that does not seem to be the case. They lack product knowledge. Almost alway have to search for staff to help me. They often do not know where things are located. I usually leave the store frustrated. Really hoping to see improvements as I would like to continue using this store for lumbar and home renovation supplies.

Went in looking for a toilet seat...found some pretty expensive ones but luckily found some on sale for $20.00. Was looking for an ice pick as well. They told me they were out so I asked an employee to call the other Co-op at the other end of Bonnyville. He called and then let me know that they had some. So good service

Possibly the worst service in the area. The hours are more convenient but the service negates that benefit. On my last visit I was told that they not only, don't carry sheets of melamine, but that melamine as a product isn't produced anymore.
