Absolute worst insurance company I’ve ever been too. I cancelled my policy and was told everything was good. They tried to take a months payment and I put a stop payment. I called and was told the lady that was supposed to do the cancellation quit, thanks Toni. Now they’re giving me the run around. I hate this organization and will actively discourage anyone from going here.

EDIT We we’re able to come to a reasonable conclusion after dealing with their awful customer service, it was resolved. Thank you Cooperators

If I could give zero stars I would. As a local insurance company it’s quite disappointing to see how much they dip and dodge around any questions you may have.

Looking to get information on my current policy and more in depth questions takes calling the head office in Guelph, and this office has only invited me to cancel with more aggression. Prices are ridiculous, and seems like any question you ask them it’s as if you ask them for the world. Never a good attitude when calling in.

I was looking at getting information (to benefit myself) on my policy of three years and couldn’t get any information other than them slightly lowering my price per month so that I’ll stay with them. I believe(d) that as an insurance company they would CO-OPERATE with a client to get them to a better place either as keeping them as a client or not.

Sad to see a small town company try to be so corporate..

Have been with them.for years bought my truck wanted full coverage they said they need pictures on way to get pictures got hit head on and wouldn't honor collision coverage so I'm out my of pocket on my truck will definitely be moving insurance else where when hassle is over
