Que dire sur le lit sont confortables , nous avons eu de la misère a avoir de l’eau chaude dans la chambre elle est longue a venir.Pour le reste toute est assez bien dans la chambre. Le déjeuner est bon les 3 matins que nous y avons été la température dans la salle était beaucoup trop élevée, donc nous avons déjeuné en vitesse et parti. Nous avons fait le commentaire le premier matin. Mais les matins suivant c’était pareil. Nous étions 7 personnes et les 7 nous avions très chaud.

Loved the layout and feel of the hotel. nice comfy pillow top beds with big pillows. The soaps in the bathrooms were amazing loved the indigenous brand have seen it in lots of smaller hotel chains and get so excited sweet grass bar is heaven. breakfast was great with a switch from bacon and eggs to yogurt parfaits and waffles. they give you lots of selection for snacking additions to have and the coffee is Starbucks so nice and strong. one of the best work stays I've had thanks for the hospitality.

The rooms have been remodeled. The bathroom was amazing esp the sink. The room had a fireplace. Very cozy.

The room had a charming rustic feel. The curtain was a colorful wool blanket, wood chips paneling behind beds was sweet. Lots of antler lamps etc

The bathroom was gorgeous. It had wood paneling and the sink looked like a leaf. The shower looked like a ships porthole and the water pressure was amazing! There was even a handmade/artisan bar of soap.

I was amazed by the desk clerk. He was alone and handled an enibriated patron, a phone call, two check ins- all with grace and poise, tact and calm. He is a gem.

Room size is about the only good thing going here. You get what you pay for. However the front desk staff felt it necessary to tell us no less than 6 times during our overnight stay that check out is at 11 but for $10 a later checkout is allowed. We did not appreciate the phone calls to remind us when checkout is nor did we appreciate someone showing up at our door more than an hour before checkout to remind us yet again. They made us feel like squatters. I definitely would not recommend.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms look amazing and the beds are super comfy. Very Clean and affordable, can't beat the price. Will be definitely staying there again. Lots of parking especially for bigger vehicles. Nice pool and hot tub as well

Unbelievably Accommodating! Greeted with an Italian soda bar upon checking in at 9pm. Skyler was so kind and helpful, and entertaining to say the least! My daughter loved trying her first Italian soda, then she was treated to free candy AND the most beautifully decorated north woods sugar cookies too! What?! Checked in and the room was immaculate, bathroom small, however, everything else along with the promise of a hot waffle breakfast on the morning was excellent!

Stay was pretty good. Nice clean rooms, room service daily, breakfast was great, attending staff were super friendly and made breakfast a very pleasant experience. Reception staff were equally as pleasant. Only downsides I have to say is that there is no coffee the last 2 days of my stay, aswell as there was an odd odour of sour milk/ cheese when you enter the room you get used to it the longer your in the room, but it hits you pretty strong on the way in. Overall I would rate 9.5/10

Came to the area to visit the Nat’l park across the border, expected to have a relaxing weekend away from home. However, upon arriving we were informed that the on-site bar & grill is not open anymore, ok we could get over it. Then, they tell us the hottub is out of order for our entire stay. Another disappointment, and then our TV did not work for the first 3 days of our stay. I would’ve just stayed in a tent if there was going to be no hottub or restaurant or TV. Also found it to be uncustomary to pay a deposit fee rather than just having a credit card on file. I’m giving this two stars instead of one because the room was good other than the TV issues and some of the front desk people were very kind and helpful.
