Bought a disposable vape in store, it was a dual vape so it had two sides one side worked and the other did not. I went back to return it the next day and the worker informed me they do not do returns that I had to go online and go through the products website. I was baffled that they did not do returns every other store I’ve ever delt with does returns if the product sold malfunctions. So I’m out $37 if I don’t end up getting refunded and no vape. This is bad business practice you should back your products you sell

Stood outside to a locked door and a flashing open sign for several minutes with zero acknowledgment. Not once, but twice this week to try and support your new to town business. Business hours say open but it’s clearly being incompetently managed inside. True North Cannabis’s door down the road was unlocked, with its open sign on and had wonderful welcoming customer service. I’ll keep giving my hard earned money to a business I know appreciates it.

How can the employees recommend something personalized if they don't know the basics? Like going to a hobby shop and not getting good advice. But the varied options on sale are good from the times I've been.

Terrible service and experience overall ! budtender has no idea what products are worth trying and was trying to push old product!! Extremely disappointing service they don't Support our local economy.

Edit : gave it one more chance the old man who works there is lost and doesn't know anything please get better at this .
