Im not sooooooooooo not recommended this agency total joke and wasted your times. It's been almost month&half registered and I get zero i mean zero result .I get appointment by lady by name of Fatimah on December 2024 on a day of appointment they make me wait for an hour to see this lady guess what she didn't intervew me (never see her) and then they introduced me to Mr taha sayed .in make short story now it's 28 of january 25 .im still waiting .really what kind of employment agency is I encourage supervisor of costi to go and investigate whats realy going on...I'm just give up.

Tried this for my wife, no response from staff and no efforts at all, no followup, nothing!!

Counsellor Carmella is condescending and gets fixated on certain things and doesn't seem to realize I answered her questions a number of times already. Keeps asking the same question over and over again. When you try and explain things she just doesn't get it. It's like she gets an idea in her mind and she cant see the world outside if it. Very strange. Unfit for her job. Shes very arrogant.

Counsellor Fatemeh is awful person i ever see in my whole life, she is bowling us and has lots of bad attitude, she doesn’t know how deal with newcomers. We had a bad bad experience, we never be back there. She tell us that she can help open work permit people which’s against the Canadian law.

!!!Dont think about they are gonna help you finding a job!!!
i had my name registered 3 months ago, no news yet, they just fill a form from all your background details (which is no need for making a resume) but they wanna in somehow have your data for their own purpposes.
go get a job by yourself and dont pass ur info for them, eventhough there wouldnt be a job for you!
Cant say they are job seeker organization.
THEY PRETEND AND PLAY NICELY FOR JOB SEEKERS!
Canada is the place of oppurtunity, if the opportunity is not spoiled by Costi.

Extremely unprofessional services. They made me go back and forth through email communications, until they told me to sign up through their website. I signed up and was told I was going to be contacted. Followed up via email and was completely ignored. 2 weeks of waiting with no correspondence.

Actually, it was the worst and the weirdest thing I have ever seen. At first, the counselor confirmed they have so many jobs and connections in the area as soon as they got my SIN number, they totally disappeared. Each 2-3 months she sends an irrelevant job posting and asks" Are you interested" when I say yes, no reply or feedback again. I called the office and told them it is the situation; I was told; I need to apply and look by myself !!!!!!!!! also, I asked for the manager and nobody called back. Really government is paying them for humiliating people who desperately looking for a job. Do not share your sensitive information with them.
