Who shouted “Road Trip!”? 🚗💨 Destination: the other Port… Port Rowan, and the Country Fork 🍴. And folks, I’m officially spoiled.

Let’s start with Shan’s Quesadilla Chicken Salad. holy “hey Zeus” (that’s “jesus” in Mexican, folks) 🤭 Honestly, it was less of a salad and more of a full-blown fiesta. Even the tortillas were working overtime: cheesy, melty, crisp perfection. Then came the hunks (yes, hunks) of chicken breast so good they should’ve had their own spotlight. Add in homemade dressing, salsa, and guac! Forget icing on the cake—this was guacamole on the tortilla, which is way better.

Now, my Philly Beef… oh sweet mercy. Imagine thin-sliced roast beef so tender it practically sighed when the fork hit it. Toss in onions and mushrooms sautéed just enough to flirt with caramelization, blanket the whole glorious mess in provolone, and then, (because why not) slather it with garlic aioli. All delivered on a toasty marble rye bread that deserves to be bronzed. Sidekick? A creamy dilly macaroni salad that had me plotting how to smuggle extra home.

As for our server Monty a 10/10. Charming, efficient, and the kind of guy who makes you feel like you’ve been a regular since birth.

Beat expectations for lunch. I was a bit concerned with some of the topping choices in my dish working well together —but they nailed it!

Breakfast was great and the price was right. Coffee was burnt or just not very good, though. Sausages could have been a bit more flavourful.

Sweet and Tangy Chicken Ciabatta was great. The restaurant also had a unique, vintage vibe to it as well. I’d prob get the Cesar salad next time though.

My husband I had breakfast at the Country Fork on Thursday morning on our way to Long Point Beach for the day and we were completely BLOWN AWAY by the food, the atmosphere, the staff and the prices at Country Fork! We were seated and served by the owners teenage son who did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fabulous job of looking after us. The food was mouth wateringly delicious, portions were large, and the taste was INCREDIBLE! We had the joy of chatting with the owner and even left with 4 bottles of their homemade salad dressing, which we tested out last night! P.S. They are ALL AMAZING, be sure to pick up a bottle (or 4) on your next trip in! If you're ever in the area, Country Fork is worth the gas and the trip! Will definitely be back!

Been to this place last week and it is indeed a nice place in this small town. We were served by Mel and had a pleasant experience with everything. The service was prompt and she assisted with the substitutions promptly as well.

We had different dishes there between the 4 of us and not a thing to complain about. Generous portions, tasty food, great ambience topped with nice service!

Food was great, there was something about the potatoes that was fantastic. Loved the little taquitos and the pancakes were good. Massive portions all around prices were very reasonable. Clean inside as well, though the service could have been a little more attentive.

Some of the lunch menu looked great as well and shame I didn't get to try the beer & cheese soup.

The food tasted good and was well presented. The Bacon Chicken Ranch Pasta was especially yummy. The burgers were well cooked. At the time, there was only one main suitable for vegans. They were out of hummus, so we asked to substitute chick peas, and my daughter was happy with that. Menu as of July 7, 2021.
