Beautiful building full to the brim of history! Good for the kids. They had colouring for them. We happened upon a Organ concert! It was beautiful.

This was Our last stop on our holidays.
I was very intrigued to see this place for personal reasons.
I was greeted with a smile by
A kind young lady who I’m sorry to have not remembered her name. 😞
Unbeknownst to her she made me feel comfortable with small talk 💕

(I know there was only her and a nice gentleman who we also met who gives tours there )

She offered us a tour of the museum.
She was so fun to talk to
Very informative, &answered all our questions
I really enjoyed our tour it was awesome
Just want to thank her for the tour it was a great end to our holidays

What a fantastic repository of Southern Alberta history! So many displays and memorabilia from the fist settling of this area. There are lots of books and photographs that can be looked at and used for research. The old courtroom is still set up from the way it looked a hundred years ago. So much information and history. Book a tour, it will be worth it!

There are new displays in the museum and the restored organ sounds wonderful. Programming has been ramped up with vintage movie nights.

Hard to visit when it is closed!. . .It is Saturday, thought we would stop in only to see it is closed. Why close it on the weekends, when you just may get some visitors?
