I was really disappointed with my first visit to this store. Despite the comfort of the shoes, the overall experience was terrible. I’ve been searching for a specific sandal across several stores like Soft Moc, Marshalls, and Globe without luck.
Today, there was an incredibly long line outside the store, and we waited for more than 20 minutes to get in. Once inside, the store was a complete mess. There was no one available to assist us in finding the right size, and it was hard to tell who was actually working there until a fight broke out between a customer and a staff member. This incident scared our kids, and we had no idea what was going on.
The final straw was at the checkout. My family and I seemed to be the only ones not given an apology for the inconvenience we experienced. This lack of basic courtesy was unacceptable.
Overall, a very unpleasant shopping experience.

J’ai été vraiment déçu de ma première visite dans ce magasin. Bien que les chaussures soient confortables, l’expérience globale a été terrible. Je cherchais une paire de sandales spécifiques et j’ai visité plusieurs magasins comme Soft Moc, Marshalls et Globe sans succès.

Aujourd’hui, il y avait une file d’attente incroyablement longue devant le magasin, et nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes pour entrer. Une fois à l’intérieur, le magasin était en désordre total. Il n’y avait personne pour nous aider à trouver la bonne taille, et il était difficile de savoir qui travaillait là jusqu’à ce qu’une bagarre éclate entre un client et un membre du personnel. Cet incident a effrayé nos enfants, et nous ne savions pas ce qui se passait.

Le comble, c’était au moment de payer. Ma famille et moi semblions être les seuls à ne pas avoir reçu d’excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés. Ce manque de courtoisie de base était inacceptable.

En résumé, une expérience de shopping très désagréable.

I’m a long time customer of Crocs and we came to this location to purchase some pairs for my kids. Tremendous selection and supply of all sizes. Tom was quick to assist us with all questions and didn’t hesitate to try to find colours or sizes or make suggestions. I witnessed him field requests from wave after wave of rabid customers and he never flinched or gave off any attitude. A pure professional at his job and he works weekends. Super busy in there today (Sunday afternoon). Tom is a big reason why I would rather come into a store and get what I want rather than order online.

The store was well stocked with many different colours and styles. The store was spotless and well kept. I am in a wheelchair and the store was crowded, he helped me find my size in the colours I wanted and also helped me find my daughter’s size. He is so knowledgeable and ready to help when it’s needed. The store was well stocked with many different colours and styles. The store was spotless and well kept. Great place for Christmas shopping. Excellent selection and sale price. Tom was an amazing help and provided friendly service. He recommended the style and found our size. Sped up our Christmas shopping. Definitely will come back to this store.

I initially came for the food court to enjoy some orange chicken with rice but instead I went to this store to browse. I was so impressed with the variety of new styles. Tom was very helpful and I ended up buying a pair of crocs. It’s what I wear at home now. I will definitely come back in the future.
