I've never had a good experience there. I have a reactive, nervous dog. I know that and they know that. Yet everytime I take my dog there I am talked down to and made to feel small for no reason other than to make me feel bad? My last straw today was a phone call where I was trying to ask a simple question and the women on the phone interrupted me 3 times talking to me like I was a 5 year old ( I asked if it would be better to try and brush my dog out or shave him with cold weather coming) and she responded in the rudest way. They treat my dog fairly there but personally I will never go back after being treated so badly time and time again. After looking at every other review I know a employee/owner will try to argue/justify themselves underneath but there is no excuse for treating people badly. If you're not a people person then don't deal with people.

Great service. Kaia, Burmese Mountain dog. Looks so great. She is shinny, knot free and even smells good. Grateful job! Even straightened out the prior groomers mess.

I took my cat in for the first time to get her nails trimmed. It seemed extremely odd that I had to leave the building and wait outside for them to bring her back to me.

I will never go back. Up until today my dog has been nervous but okay getting her nails trimmed. The staff have always been good. Today not only did the OWNER cut my dogs nails, I later saw that she cut them past the quick, obviously causing my dog physical pain. She had the audacity to tell me my dogs “bad behaviour” was my fault. She was extremely rude and told me she had a hard time believing my dog wasn’t aggressive in previous visits - she has been fine with everyone except her. My dog is traumatized she won’t let me touch anywhere near her nails, it wasn’t until she was sleeping that I could see they were cut way too short. And even though I’ve taken my dog at least half a dozen times their “punch card” has been “missing” the last 2 times I’ve been. Also the place is always filthy, it’s a groomers they should be cleaning regularly. Take your pets elsewhere.

I have been going to CrossCuts for years. Terri and her girls are nothing but wonderful to my pets! They come out from their grooming clean and happy! The facility is very clean and always smells nice when you go in there. I’ve always been treated nice by Terri and her staff, and most of all you can see the compassion they have for our animals. In this day and age to many places are being criticized, but this place should definitely be NOT one of them. Terri and girls thank you for another awesome year of making my pets feel and look their best! I appreciate you all so very much!! See you again soon! Merry Christmas!

Not bad, not amazing. $89 for something you can do yourself. Their website says $65 and up, but unfortunately, they don't have the professional courtesy as a business to explain what they're going to do to your dog before, during, or after the session. As a first-time customer, they never bothered explaining what the process will be like for your pet, so essentially it feels like you are just rolling the dice on your dog and hope to God they don't hurt him/her.

I will say that I didn't bother to ask, but strictly speaking in a professional setting, it is extremely disappointing customer service, especially for today's modern business standards. Additionally, if you say goodbye to your dog, be prepared for unsolicited pet advice that you did not ask for. Honestly, I approve of free advice, and I'm all for educating clients to make your job easier: unfortunately, tact was extremely poor and therefore came across as impertinent and extremely abrasive. There's a way to talk to people so it doesn't make it feel like you're talking down on them. Honestly, you're at work, keep your personal emotions out of it, and learn to be more professional.

Very mixed reviews from reading some of the reviews here. Having finally come here myself: the truth is that it's average at best. I've heard mostly bad things about this place from 3 other people, and I wanted to see for myself. Try your luck, maybe you'll find it worth it, maybe you won't. They did give my dog a bandana, which was a nice surprise.

I would recommend this place for those who don't have the time to wash or groom their own dogs, but then again, you can just groom your own dog. Don't expect fantastic customer service. If you have money to throw around, go for it.

Over the last eight months of dog ownership our girl has been in four times, three for grooms and this week for boarding services. I can honestly say that I was blown away by the fair pricing for my large breed dog for both grooming services and her most recent four day stay. I have never been disappointed by the staff or the services. The ladies at Cross Cuts genuinely love and care for every animal that comes in. Phenomenal people who I completely trust with my four legged family.

Always a great experience! My dog's LOVE all the employees and come back with big smiles on there faces! I have dogs with allergies and find there raw food the best choice for us. Great customer service! Would recommend to anyone.
