First time at this registry and had a great experience. From walking in I was greeted with a friendly woman who assisted me in getting set up for my road test (didn’t get her name) then when the examination began Mohammed the instructor was very friendly and comforting for my nerves. He reminded me to stay calm and reminded me of necessary precautions before starting the test which I found helpful. After the test I had all my questions answered diligently. Great registry, definitely recommend for anyone searching for a good one with good and efficient service.

We visited the registry, a number of times, while our kids were taking their written learners' exams and will be coming back here for all our registry needs now! They were always happy and friendly, often sharing a laugh with us. They never rushed us and were always happy to answer questions we had. I witnessed them providing the same service to several other customers during our time there. In one case an agent came around the counter to stand beside a gentleman and talk to him closer because he was very soft spoken. When the kids passed their test, they gave them a handout with the information about having a Class 7 they needed, with a coupon for a free donut from another local business, and the back of their info sheet has a sign saying "I just passed my learners test" for parents to take a photo of their kid. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers and are truly wonderful there!!

I did my road test today at Crossfield Registry and passed! Of all the registries I’ve visited, this is by far the friendliest and most accommodating. A special shoutout to Gillian for being so helpful! My examiner, Thor (I hope I got the spelling right), made me feel so much less nervous, which was amazing because I’m usually a very nervous person. He was patient and kind throughout the test, which really helped me stay calm. Thanks to everyone at Crossfield Registry for making this such a positive experience. Now, I can finally pick up and drop off my kids at school!

Just did my test today for my class 5 and it was an amazing experience the ladies at the front counter were very helpful and positive.The instructor was r calm and polite. Definitely recommend this registry
