Sofia is providing amazing service. Helped with sizing and matching outfits. She knew we were in a time crunch going to a wedding so I really appreciated her help. we found the fitting pants and she steamed the clothing so we were ready. should come back for Blazers as they have good ones

Getting ghosted after 2 interviews is just disgusting

Edit: No, I am not mistaken. I have had an interview. If I had received a message "Hey we've decided that you are not a good match" then I wouldn't have said anything.
As for the other part, I really doubt I would be "considered" if I got ghosted the first time.

I went in to look at a possible suit for my first time and I had an amazing experience right off the bat when I got approached by Arya. Friendly greeting, smile, well dressed, wasn’t pressuring me by asking what I wanted as I walked in but did say to ask him any questions if I needed. Super cool guy. 100% coming back when I want another suit. He fitted me, kept me informed, and cashed me out all in a non-rushed and professional/friendly manner. I recommend speaking to him when you come in. Thanks brother, good job Keep up the good work.

Be aware of the Products colors,
They are different tha. what you see on the wall.

- Store lighting is not good at all.
- missing alteration platform
- missing professional alteration area,

Sales person Aria was helpful but not alteration platform.

First time going to Crossings with my father, and we were greeted to Ruth and Tara. They gave excellent customer service. They were both very patient and ultimately, we found what we were looking for. Overall had a very great experience and it was thanks to Ruth and Tara for there outstanding service.

Recipe said return for 30 days for unused items. Brought next day for smaller size as it looks too baggy and got rejected!!! For 300+ item this is the most pathetic i ever seen. Be wary you would not return stuff will trick you
