Needed a rock chip repair on New Year’s Eve. They were 5 minutes away from closing time but waiting a half hour for my truck to get there and did the repair. All in all probably stayed 1.5 hrs late for me. Can’t beat that kind of service.

Used to be good, now skip it. Took truck in for windshield replacement at 9am, truck wasn't ready until noon, super inconvenient. When I got the truck back, several trim pieces were damaged or missing. The kids in the back shop didn't even bother trying to replace the weather stripping under the hood, it was just gone. Had to order from dealer in city, even more inconvenient. If i could give zero stars, I would. Professional courteous service, my foot.

Purchased 2 windows and had them installed both leaked first rain only held in with 2 screws and not even tight to the wall wrote a detailed email with pictures no response. Still waiting after 4 weeks for a manager to phone

Complained of windnouse/ howling noise at highway speed after a new windshield was installed. Left truck to be looked at for the day, I was told that the technician didn't experience this noise. Continues to do it. You can only imagine how nice driving down the highway is.

Needed a couple thermopane units replaced as they were getting cloudy. They came out and measured then ordered. I paid 50% on order and the rest on install; which I'm totally fine with. The install was done when the weather cooperated so it took a bit longer than I expected but turned out fine. Nothing to complain about with what I had done.

I wish I could even really rate their service of installing a window, but never got that far. Booked an appointment for my wife's car a couple of weeks ago for the following Monday. All good! Nope. Wife gets there and she's informed that "we're sorry, but your windshield isn't here." (Scheduled appointment.) Whatever, things happen, reschedule the appointment for again the following Monday. Wife drops car off, all good. I get a call from Crystal glass, but I was working and missed the call, and no voice-mail was left. Anyways, Wife goes back a couple of hours later and is informed that "there's something wrong with the new windshield, and it wasn't installed."
Great.
Booking at Ford like I should have in the first place.

Booked an appointment to have my windshield changed, good thing I called to see if windshield was in, hadn’t been ordered. Should have learned my lesson the first time when I brought in my husbands truck for a 9 am appointment and it wasn’t installed until 3pm that afternoon. I live out of town so it is not very convenient.
