Ordered 12 red custom aprons with a weeks notice to be picked up a day before the event. I called at 4pm asking when can I pick up the aprons and they said my aprons are on order and haven't even arrived yet.

I said why did the website allow me to choose a pick up date for them to be ready and they said they didn't know. They said they can do the aprons in 3 different colour's and 2 different styles which can be delivered to my company 6:30pm. I said that's fine and I'll wait. 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00pm passes by and no one shows up. I called 5 times between these times and no one answered.

No one called me the day after, I called after my event requesting a refund since I didn't receive the product and no longer need it. The person said they came to my company at 6:30pm and I wasn't there, absolutely no way because I didn't receive a call or they didn't ring the bell at the loading dock. They said they will not issue a refund and I will need to do a charge back.

I should have listened to that person who posted the 1 star review a year ago, absolutely the poorest customer experience I've had in this city. Do not go here if you're looking for custom merchandise for your company, you'll be SOL and left scrambling.

2020 i ask for a madmo business card to be printed on the back of a zipper hoodie he supplied. I don't know the font, the size, or anything to help Zia,he manages to replicate the card on the sweater, and I LOVED IT. This year 2022 i ask to print more, he brought to my attention things are not as sharp in image he uploads, somehow he manages to extract the blurry images from the upload, and print it so that its very clear and bold.He somehow managed to make it 100×BETTER ! HE IS A MAGICIAN!!!!! He is patient and you also need to be patient with him! And he gives honest feedback!!! 💗thank you so much again!!

Rafi provides the most cost effective highest quality of any T-shirt printing service I have ever seen. I will not hesitate to recommend their shop to anyone. Most other places were telling me it will be a week or two, he had my shirts done in 48 hours. Well done!!!!
