I was at the Vaughn mills Mall with my husband and 2 kids. One is 6 years old, and the other one is 15 month old he was in a stroller. We walked by Danier leather store and my husband said let's take a look at their collection as he is looking for a anniversary gift for me... and we absolutely love anything leather. As we walked in the store nobody Greeted us. My 6 years old daugter saw a red leather jacket and said "mama look a red jacket" and started to show me her toy that is the same color. She was holding her tiny little red toy right beside the jacket. An older lady with blonde approached us and said " I am going to have to ask you to stop her as these are very soft jackets and they will get ruind" i was just shocked at her rude behavior and comment..my husband heard her too we just left that store without looking at anything as we didn't feel welcome at the store and we were disgusted by that lady's behavior. She lost a potential costumer and business. Please teach your staff some basic manners and how to treat little kids. Would never shop there!! Just Horrible!!!

I was a loyal customer, I got everything from them. On May 22nd I got a laptop bag from them, the sales person told me that the bag is brand new and never used, but today when I wanted to use the bag, i saw that the handle dosent look new and the front zipper is out of shape.

This is not ACCEPTABLE from a store in this level.

I mean just mention in the job discription that you only want to hire so and so background people and mention you don't hire from so and so community!

The vaughan mills location is awful, the DM was there the day I bought a new jacket and wasn’t helpful at all after consulting with her on a stitching issue on the collar I had on a previous jacket I bought. Offered no solution to clearly what was a quality control issue on one of their garments. INSPECT your purchases thoroughly.

So happy with my experience here. Daniel was amazing in helping me get the jacket of my dreams. I was able to try on what they had in store and decided that a size up would be a better fit. He had ordered the other size and had it brought in for me to pick up. Everything was super fast and went very smoothly.
