We are so pleased with how we were treated at Dan's Muffler. The mechanic was helpful and kind, and seemingly got us the best deal that he could for the repairs needed. Centennial Mazda in Charlottetown quoted me $1100 to replace the flex pipe in a 10 year-old Mazda 3. Dan's Muffler did the job for $230 in a fraction of the time. Excellent service. I highly recommend Dan's Muffler.

There is a bathroom but the secretary told me that it is out of order and I am sick and need a bathroom. Is it possible that there is not at least customer service whether it is me or someone else? Please, the secretary must have a cheerful and smiling face. Reception is not good for the customer. Please always correct your smile because you make the customer comfortable. Thank you.

I've waited to write this review but now I can confirm that you're better off going somewhere more professional then Dan's muffler. Let me warn you now you'll get a very unprofessional and rude reception at receptionists counter. I've got friends who says she's disrespectful and ignorant to what customer service is to be like. As for the work , my newly installed muffler a few months after the work othe mechanics pointed out that the pipe was only half welded . Explains why I kept smelling exhaust fumes. As for the technician working there, you'll be treated like a nobody who knows nothing and they know you won't bother looking under your car to see if it was done correctly. My second visit was horrible , first got attitude from that receptionist with no class and then met mechanic who wasn't even interested in what I'd like him to do. I tried telling him I'm fed up of smelling fumes and if could check all previous welds, he just walked away and never acklowledge me as a customer. To prove my point. After getting my muffler reinspected and verified by other mechanics in the area. They warned me Dan's not what it use to be back when they opened . So as for my muffler , both hanger and welds failed and picked up my muffler from the street after it fell off a month later. Want more proof they don't like your business, when you go to look at them work in their bays they'll close all bay doors so you don't see the crappy work and cut corners they take on your car. If you want service and customer service I recommend you go to Hickens Tirecraft or Canadian tire. Consider yourself warned about this business !
