J’ai utilisé ce nettoyeur pendant plusieurs années avec satisfaction mais en novembre dernier ils ont gâché 2 vestons et une blouse. Je pense que les vêtements ont été lavés et non nettoyés à sec.
Les 2 vestons sont “fripés” et la blouse aussi. Le préposé à accepté de reprendre le nettoyage mais c’est juste un peu mieux, reste encore plusieurs plis sur les vêtements.
Fuyez ce nettoyeur si vous tenez à avoir de beaux vêtements.

They lost three pieces of mine last May, two blazers and a dress shirt. I have been in four times and been promised each time that they would follow-up. I never received any follow-up until meeting the owner on the fourth visit, after which I received one phone call committing to rectifying the problem but no further action followed this. I have received no apology or compensation. Do not go here.

Update:
After 6 MONTHS I was reunited with my blazer. It is really unbelievable.
The new manager, Elsa, was very apologetic, insisting that she only found out about the issue recently.
They gave me the service for free (duh) and a $50 credit.
I don't think I will be going back... but I decided to clarify here that it took long, but the issue was resolved.

Here I am again... the lack of responsiveness and action from this establishment has left me with no other choice.

Before the summer, I entrusted them with my white linen blazer, and when I returned three weeks later to pick it up, it had mysteriously disappeared. I understand that mishaps can occur, and I was initially willing to be understanding about it.

However, what followed has been a series of disappointments. I've visited this place three times already, each time hoping for a resolution, and each time I've been met with empty promises. They keep telling me they'll "contact the office" and "call me back," but it's now almost November, and I'm still waiting for that call.

I'm left wondering how a business can operate with such a lack of urgency and responsibility. I'm sure they have insurance for issues like this, so what's the problem? It's been months, and my patience has worn thin.

As a customer, I expected transparency and a commitment to resolving issues, especially when they are at fault. The ongoing silence and inaction are unacceptable.

I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a wake-up call for this establishment to improve its customer service and communication. As of now, I can't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm still waiting for a resolution to this issue that should have been resolved months ago.

In summary, my patience and understanding have been stretched to their limits, and it's unfortunate that I have to express my disappointment through this review.

they definitely go above and beyond. they are always smiling - they even remember my name when I come in.
I also go in for alterations and the lady is so nice and works so fast! and they always give my clothes from alteration a press after which is such a nice bonus!! I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and professional 🙂 nice going in seeing familiar happy faces:) Never had any complaints! They take pride in their business and it shows. Ill do the drive down just to go there for my clothes

Very professional team! Great location on my way to work. If you're looking to get away from spending your weekend hours folding clothes for your little ones and yourself, they offer a wash & fold service for that. Also I just tried the Super Whitening service for my shirts and they came back in the best shape I have seen them since the day I bought them. I highly recommend !
