Had to call Richelieu for a specific door hinge and the lady was so rude and gave me the number for dayvan. I’m so lucky to have dealt with Darryl! The guy was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly! Had my part shipped in a day and my top corner cabinet has never looked so good! If it wasn’t for him I’d still be dealing with Home Depot reps who kept telling me to buy the wrong parts! Thanks for everything and give this guy a raise!

Staff in the showroom and back office were both amazing and solved a huge problem for me. They know their products cold and helped me find the best match for a part that I couldn't find a replacement for. Greatly appreciated! I will buy my hardware here in the future rather than deal with Home Depot which is a lost cause.

Darryl was great! I have been looking for a part for my cabinets for some time and he was courteous and knowledgeable.
In this day where customer service is getting worse everywhere it was a welcome breath of fresh air to actually speak with someone on the phone that was willing to help and be pleasant in the process. His boss was kind as well.
Items arrived when he said they would.

My experience here is similar to the other negative reviews that I'm now reading about. The staff are rude and don't seem to want to be bothered. I was given a price over the phone and then given a higher price on arrival. When trying to ask questions about a product I'm told to read the instructions or given sarcastic remarks instead of answering the questions. They could have simply said they don't have the answer and I would have been satisfied with that. It all worked out in the end as I bought a competitive product elsewhere and it ended up being significantly cheaper.

If I could give a 0 rating, I most definitely would. You would think that in a time like today it would be easier to be treated equally when dealing with 'professionals.' The people are visible minorities themselves so, to be treating me as less than on more than one occasion is just unacceptable. If you don't like your job, get a new one.

Terrible, they always loose my package, last time i received a damaged package with missing items, called the Manager inside sales desk Alain Martel who was really rude! i told him about the missing package from last month order he didn't apologize for the mistake all he said was " you won't see it before tomorrow"! 101 customer service! heard of it!?
if you really really need to buy from them make sure you make an order 1 month before you actually need the items!

Freindley knowledgeable staff. There always willing to help. Talk to Darrell, Dave or Andy for experienced service. Note to current customers, the guy in the back with the anger issues doesn't work there anymore and they now have coffee while you wait.

People who work here are not happy about their job!! I picked up my order today and I am so upset about the way I was treated!!!
