When you arrive as the Mother-of-the- Bride to a boutique which was so welcoming & uplifting, you know you're at the right place! Not only the owner, but every staff member on the floor gave their opinion on me saying, "Yes to the dress"! They completed me from head to toe with knowledge, promptness & humor which made the dress experience so fulfilling. God didn't gift me an hour glass figure, but they sure did! It was worth the drive & I'll definitely be back.

had a big selection for a small town store. ended up finding the dress i wanted for my grad. staff were helpful. there was a mixup with the dates on the staffs end of things but i was still able to get in on my original planned date for the fitting. there was another mix up with my payment but that was resolved quickly too. overall, make sure to keep your receipts, but that goes with everything nowadays.

Took my niece in grad dress shopping and the service was horrendous. We were told we were shopping too early and would only be allowed to try on two dresses. All we wanted was to see if we could find the style. We have absolutely no interest in going back and wouldn't recommend anyone else shopping there. We felt very unwelcome. The store was completely empty (other than us) so no reason they couldn't have helped us, it was like they didn't want to sell any dresses.

Me and my friend booked an appointment to come grad dress shopping a week prior, we call the morning of to confirm our appointment (it was confirmed). We show up and right away this lady started to speak in a very loud and rude tone to us saying we missed our appointment. She then said we can wait around in hopes a changing room becomes available and they can squeeze us in. Which is what ended up happening, the same lady then tells us the original appointment was only booked for one person to try on dresses. Which was another mix up on their end. Again, that same lady told me someone had called her from my number saying to cancel my original appointment, again another story that was not true. All the other staff were AMAZING, their dresses were gorgeous, I bought my grad dress from them, I would rate this place 5 stars if it weren’t for that one lady.

The call to this store felt great and like it would be a perfect fit to find my bridesmaids dresses.

Once we arrived the vibe was completely the opposite. We felt like an inconvenience despite having to have booked an appointment. The selection was quite small and the dresses to try on were catered to a very specific size. The experience was less than we had hoped for and very disappointing.

There was some positives from some staff, however I would not recommend and will not be returning for any purchases present or future.

The assistant there is TERRIBLE. We wanted some time to think it over before committing to buy 3 bridesmaid dresses which I think a lot of people would. I then overheard her say to the owner “Oh, they aren’t buying them today?”. We called back a few days later to ask for the measurements they took and she refused to give them to us. I will say however that the owner is extremely kind and understanding. I was hesitant about leaving a poor review but I just can’t get over how rude the assistant was.

We went in for a bridesmaid dress and left immediately. The woman working there was rude and short tempered. I wasn't stressed about the wedding until she started snipping at us.

Originally this review was one star. I just received a call from the owner and she apologized profusely. She is a very sweet woman and told me she was going to fix it.

Good service makes all the difference, and we experienced that here! It's hard to find grad dresses if you're not tiny, but we found a beautiful dress here. The staff made the experience enjoyable. They really know what they're doing.
