Their a great deal. We always get parts and equipment thru them. They also support 4-H and have bought my calf in the past.

Charged without knowledge for a diagnosis on a chainsaw - then was told it would cost just as much as a new saw to fix the old one! Never going back there.

Lol went into the dealer in Athabasca, AB and as soon as i said small tractor i was dismissed, couldn’t get price list, was told they are all sold and when i laughed and said i could go down the road, receptionist said ‘ok’ lol - living my new TYM. Same motor, half the price - and they consider me a vip customer. i have a jd lawnmover, hell even a jd pillow! Just bought a section and wanted a small tractor to get started. Screw jd. I’ll never go into a jd dealer again.

my 4 year old 1025R Tractor that I purchased from Deerland Athabasca had a recurring problem with breaking universal joints, I agreed to the terms of Deerland Athabasca doing the repairs on my unit as they have done all the repairs & services to date. Well this time my tractor was in and out of their shop 4 times plus a mechanic came to my yard to do related repairs all within a month totalling 5 time for the same job Then the bill I received was miscalculated and had to be adjusted after I brought it to their attention. At one point the service manager (Leo) was making jokes about all the issues resulting from the same job not being done properly then Leo said we could talk about a discount after I was getting discouraged with all the inconveniences I have dealt with but Leo didn’t stand by that, started corresponding with him via email so I had stuff in writing. Also had mechanic brake the rate of drop knob off my unit then refer to the repair he was sent out to fix as minor even after testing it out in my yard and not getting it to work properly. This was so far the last of the trips made back to shop. I’m hopeful the repair is finally fixed đŸ€ž I have learned this dealing with Deerland Athabasca ask for a written estimate and do all corresponding through emails.
Don’t expect a quick or finish repair
And go though your bill make sure everything adds up.
I Have included picture of the last repair the mechanic was sent out to fix and the knob he broke off while fixing it keep in mind it was so minor as the mechanic referred to it hat it had to go back to the shop to be fixed

Bought a zero turn mower from this dealership in late fall and had it shipped to me. Was told by Adrien on the sales team that the machine had been gone through and in mint shape.

Took delivery of the mower and had a dead battery. No big deal. Also has a ripped seat that I was not informed about.

Got it running and bagger belt was jumping aggressively and burning. Had my local dealer check it out and belt was damaged and routed incorrectly.

I contacted the sales team and was told the machine was sold as is. Disappointing experience, would expect better from a Deere dealer.

Dealt with Aaron for my new mower a Z735M. Was amazing to talk to, knew enough to make me feel confident in my purchase and made the whole thing an enjoyable experience. Received better pricing through Aaron than the local store in Edmonton, and fortune is in the follow-up...

Dropped my mower off a week ago as it would not start. Got a call they knew what was wrong. I approved repair and asked for a service and some new blades. Went in today Friday, bill was just over $800, paid it they said they would bring it around to me. Waited went back in, they couldn't get the mower running. They messed around and got it running, I took it home and it quit. Brought it back waited another two hours took it home and mower quit.i would not have done any other work to the machine if it wasn't running, I guess they have my money and I still have a broken mower.

Great JD store. No idea about farming but acreage wise theyre awesome. Great customer service and a few very amazing parts people! JD is always expensive stuff which is sadly a factor keeping me from wanting a "new JD product", but its quite nice to be able to have them find special items for machines built 30,40,50 years ago. Also suprised at how fast they can get parts in, usually within a weeks timeframe!
