Avoid this store at all costs. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. My mom was trying some jackets to find the right fit and we were returning the jackets to the right racks. Then, the supervisor came and shouted at us for trying out the jackets. We were not allowed to try their jackets as that would make her do some work. We approached another staff to complain and were told that they’d been getting multiple complaints due to the supervisor and the manager wasn’t doing anything or disciplinary action. Now, I understand as to why this store is empty and not worth spending our money on.

Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible product! The entire arm of the jacket I bought ripped off 2 weeks after purchase and the whole zipper fell apart. Completely unusable. They refused to replace it even though I brought receipts and tags and they refused to exchange it. Terrible quality and absolutely terrible product and way overpriced for $340 on an absolute piece of garbage! Please never never never buy from this store again or any of their garbage

They don't even deserve one star!!!! Yesterday visited this store and faced terrible service and unprofessionalism. The price indicated on the jacket did not correspond to reality when we came to the checkout, but the sellers, instead of providing the price that was on the stand, began to argue and raise their voices at us. Never go and do not buy in this store. Horror and disgust!!!!

Designer Depot at Vaughan Mills Mall is a colossal clothing store.
Surprisingly, the prices on almost everything are always marked down by 25% to 80%.
This suggests the depot's/owner's business tactic; nevertheless, sometimes quality items can be availed at a reasonable price.
The biggest drawback of buying anything here is the store's return policy. You buy something only if you are 100% sure, for you cannot return it; you can only exchange or get a store credit within seven days.
The staff are helpful and check out is hassel free.

Price of the appeal available in the store are quite affordable. But their policy of giving off an every items every season is not understandable. The actual buying price will not get decreased but the percentage off on the same product will increase. e.g. Today one product say XYZ is now available with 50% off and the buying price is 10$ , Tomorrow same product will be available with 70% off with final buying price will be 10$😂.
Apart from this I like this store and enjoy visiting Vaughan Mills.

Purchased 3 jackets, The zipper broke on 2 after 3 weeks. Warranty only 14 days. Will not support product. Dont buy this garbage. Canada Weather Gear

Last week I visited Designer depot looking to purchase apparel, I was lost in the men's section and the lovely employee marina came and offered me plenty of help. Not only did she answer my questions but she made suggestions as well as to how I should style my outfit. Usually retail employees are either too present or no where to be found, marina was the perfect mix 🙂

They should be happy getting getting one star product is very cheap cheap design cheaply made no good they don't return the product after it comes apart I had two jackets they were defective in one year I don't recommend anybody buy anything from this store
