Went to No frills at around 7:30pm on a Monday. At the checkout counter, the lady didn’t even say hello or say 2 words to my wife. Her demeanour was very unwelcoming and cold. We were surprised because usually at other locations, the staff at the register are very nice and welcoming. I would urge for the management to look into the shift on Monday and speak to the staff at the counter.

Very clean and well maintained store, excellent produce and meat options as well as a great amount of Italian specialities that you wouldn't find at a typical No Frills. Friendly staff and I have seen Dino (the owner) physically at the store speaking and mingling with customers on 2 occasions. I am very impressed with this location and shop there almost exclusively for all the weekly grocery requirements for my family.

I come here late at night after work and I have to say this is the best No Frills ive been to. First, they take time to remove all produce into shopping carts at night to clean out the bins. They neatly stack the fruits and veggies. At night, the workers spend time front facing all the groceries. I kid you not, it makes me so happy seeing how tidy the place is. Great workers and great management.

This is the best NoFrills. Everything is always well organized and easy to find. The store is very clean and staff are always a pleasure to ask for help.

Just your average No Frills. Nothing bad about the store but the parking lot was a mess as there were no lines to indicate spots. Everyone parked so poorly you had to be careful just to get in and out of your spot.

Do not support this location. The owner, Dino, is INCREDIBLY rude and has absolutely zero respect for women and mothers in general.
I am here on a weekly basis and do online pickup once a week. This week, I ordered 27 items and when my husband came to pick them up 12 we’re missing. I did not notice until the next day
The next day when I went to go pick up the missing items that I had paid for, I had to arrange a babysitter as I have two small children and I can’t leave them inside the car alone obviously. This is why I do grocery pickup on the weekend in the first place.
I asked for a credit for this huge inconvenience to which I was told no. I asked to speak to Dino. He came down and was smug and Callous off the bat. When I told him he should be crediting me his response was “ok, call the police”
Is he a child? Who speaks like this, especially as a business owner.
I then told him How I needed to arrange a babysitter for my newborn and toddler to come and get the items which were his staffs fault. I expected some empathy and kindness, instead, He shrugged his shoulders, said “oh well” and said I could have came another time if it didn’t work for me this afternoon.
I told him my family and I needed groceries, and that eating is not a negotiable choice that I can just do another time!
The conversation ended off with him being just as rude as when the conversation began, and he told me to shop somewhere else from now on.

I was going to do that anyways but wow, never have I ever seen a business owner treat their customers this way in my life!

This guy doesn’t appreciate his customers and has ZERO regard for women and mothers. This was on Mother’s Day, mind you!

Will be calling head office and filing a formal business complaint.

Some of the older women who work at this store are just plain rude. I’ve done almost all of my grocery shopping here for the past year and the customer service is never consistently good. The Longo’s across the street has MUCH friendlier and kinder staff.

I only shop at a few No Frills because I like the cleanliness of the store..I regard cleanliness very high and this No Frills is very clean. I mostly shop in the evening, so all the ladies, manager and cashier's are great. They have so much patience with all the customers that I really and truly admire them. Nice & clean place to shop. They pretty much everything that Fortinos have but $less. The No Name brand items are fantastic.
