Jen was amazing!! As someone who has long hair, it’s hard to find a hair stylist who has the patience and experience to deal with long hair. She was very kind and understanding. She Made me feel nothing less than welcomed! Definitely will be back for appointments with Jen;)

I can not say enough wonderful things about Devine Studio and stylist, Rachel. Rachel asked the right question to see how I style my hair, how frequently I would come in for highlights, what tone I like my hair etc. She spoke my language when it comes to styling. I absolutely LOVE my hair. Thank you Rachel for your expertise and talent. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Rachel.

After careful consideration and investigation of this establishment, I decided to engage their services to have a cut, wash, dry, and Balayage. Utilizing their "Book an Appointment", I requested an appointment for these services. This was on December 23, 2024. I received an email from the establishment on December 23, 2024, asking if I was a new client and if I had a preference regarding my stylist. I responded to the questions on December 24, 2024, asking for an appointment date and time.

And then I waited. Nothing. No contact.

On January 18, 2025, I reached out again, nothing that I hadn't heard anything regarding booking an appointment for the requested services. On January 20, 2025, I finally received a response asking if I can come in prior to my appointment for a consultation fee, where a $75.00 deposit fee was required for the planned services, (before any actual services occurred). It should be noted that in this email response, they referred to me by ANOTHER NAME - despite a lengthy email chain which included my name on three different occasions.

After these occurrences, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I have concerns regarding competency; if they can't even manage setting up an appointment, or address their customers by their actual name, what can I expect with the actual provision of services? Suffice to say, I reached out to Symmetry Salon & Spa, who responded immediately, (within literal minutes, on the day their establishment was closed), confirming an appointment for multiple services, (why not add in a facial and manicure?!). Anyways, this was my experience with Divine Hair Studio and Boutique.
