Monday June 30
Went to buy strip lions on sale
Stood at meat department and thought I was invisible and finally when someone acknowledged me I asked could get some steaks which I could see they were packaging
And guy says no im not putting them out til 12:00!
Thats real customer service there!
I wont shop there again.

It's unusually expensive! For such a large store, the variety is terrible The mobility scooters have keys however they are very hard to obtain, one doesn't work until you fidget with it for 15 minutes. Very few people are around to help find an item, it appears to have items that are not fresh, and the deli offerings seem to be mostly tasteless and or thawed from frozen. It also appears the people who work there are not happy.
I'm in my 50s and still, Loblaws forces the Cstore employees to card me and anyone who are my age. I understand that 30 is fine but I have a grey beard and grey hair, and theystill were not allowed to sell me anything without an ID.
If you don't want people to purchase you CStore goods, then why the hell is it open?!!!
To say the least, it's poorly run, but I'm disabled without transportation so it's the only place in the area.
Most of the escalators stopped working so people are forced to use a slow large cargo elevator.
Then again it is Loblaws and they don't really give a damn and it shows. If you don't want to operate the store, do everyone a favour and sell it to Coleman's or Sobeys, if not... ...DO BETTER!!!

It's a great store, but the customer service is pathetic. I just got back from store and the cashier was so rude to me. He was serving me with an attitude, I guess his name is Kris. Atleast greet customers before u start scanning, we all are humans not robots.

I brought news phones on march 29 th and was told that the first phone was 45.00 and the second and third was 35.00 but on my bill is 45.00 each. I don’t like when people tells me and promises me that was the price. I have to end up on my 2 yr contract paying 480.00 plus tax extra. I know I was given points but the money has to come out of my pocket.

Got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich made at the cooked food counter, the employee put raw bacon on my sandwich, gladly I noticed because if not I could’ve gotten food poisoning, imagine if it was chicken! Not impressed.
