I went to the Dr. Martens Outlet at Vaughn Mills today. The service was excellent. The young woman was very helpful. She helped me find the best pair of boots and educated me on the size and how they should fit. I left there satisfied and with a great pair of boots.

I would recommend shopping there if interested in Doc Martens footwear as they have more than just boots.

I love this store. I've never been to another Dr. Martens Outlet store. Variety of styles are good but selection of sizes is a bit more limited.

That being said it is worth the drive if you are a Doc Martens fan.

Feels a bit cramped with all the high-stacked shelving of shoes throughout the store.

Staffer at the cash was very helpful; searched in their system for size availability at other locations.

White glove service at Dr. Martin’s Vaughan mills for a boot exchange! Shout out to Sage who needed to order a new size into the store and continuously called to keep me informed & updated throughout the week as promised! I went into the store and completed my exchange with another helpful and sweet associate where my overall experience was great! Thank you ladies so much for making me feel like such a valued customer and providing a fantastic customer experience!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Christina, Lisa and Gioia are absolutely amazing. This place is soooo lucky to have these people as brand ambassadors. Way to go!!!

Above and beyond customer service.

Lisa looked after my 5 & 7 year old and made it a such a fun and memorable experience for them.

She taught us how to measure their feet and even sat with my 5 yr old and shared a simple hack for her to learn to tie her shoes.

She made it such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning for more!

My posterior tibial tendon is completely severed and I stopped in at the Vaughn Mills store today to look for a pair of shoes/boots that can accommodate the brace I need to wear in order to walk. Just wanted to leave a shout out to Christina as she went way above and beyond in helping me find something both workable and affordable. She was truly amazing….Thank you so much Christina! ☺️

I've been shopping here for many years
but my latest visit has left me never wanting to return to this location.

My mother approached a new male employee (...Latino? Filipino?)and said hi and he just stared at her with a blank look upon his face. No smile or nod of acknowledgment. Just a blank, creepy stare.

As we browsed, the other employees slowly stalked us throughout the store, eyeing us suspiciously; narrow eyed and lips thinned into a distrustful line.

I understand it's employees jobs to ensure people don't steal. But this was beyond excessive. It was extremely off-putting.

I approached the same man who ignored my mum, brushing it off as weird misunderstanding and intent on asking for help, when he literally RAN AWAY FROM ME. He bolted, scurrying to the back of the store near the stock room, his dark eyed stare unrelenting as he continued to watch me through the gaps in the shelves and followed me as I moved away.

... I was stunned by his behaviour. I never encountered an employee who behaved like this; Was I mistaken? Was he just some creep loitering in the store?

A white employee with a pixie cut (buzz cut?) and glasses was standing nearby and I approached her, explaining his unsettling behaviour.

Her eyes narrowed with irritation. "He works here..." she spoke slowly, her tone full of snark.

I just took my mom and left the hostile employees.

I miss when the employees were nice and friendly and eager to help. They were fun and easy going and were always so lovely and welcoming.

This was a store I always loved visiting. Now me and my mum were treated like thieves and made to feel extremely uncomfortable.
