Diane was actually amazing to work with. I needed house insurance quickly, as I was involved in a very fast-turnaround home purchase and required proof of insurance before taking possession. She was able to get me affordable insurance quotes within days and completed my request before the possession deadline. She was both kind and patient, and I felt like my requests were being taken seriously and handled with care and professionalism. I was so impressed that I also ended up switching my vehicle insurance with her as well. I will be dealing with her for my insurance needs going forward. I went in and sat down to start my quote, it was close to closing so i accepted that i couldn't get insurance that day. I was supposed to receive a call the next day and nothing. So i called them and was told there is 3 quotes ahead of me and that they would get back to me that afternoon or the next morning. Still nothing. So i called and left a message because the lady was with a client. Still no call back. It took 4 days and still nothing. This is very unprofessional. I called TD insurance today, i was on the phone for 30 mins and BAM, i got insurance. 🤔

Make the trek from Edmonton to here for my drivers test, wasn't busy at all at 10:30AM, by noon it picked up. The clerks did their job well and wished me luck. The examiner, Tyler, was great, really informative and told me advice before and after the test. I was super relaxed during the test and I can say that Tyler helped with that. Wednesdays he is at this location, recommend booking on this day.

Staff here are very rude...my daughter has been trying to go for her learners and has been in the office multiple times. I know the test terminals were not full on any of these occasions. When you see a teenager standing in line, it's safe to say taking the test is the only reason they are there. We will not be back and will take our business to Slave Lake, where we should've went in the first place. The wait times there are nothing like this office and staff are kind and professional. We will definitely not be back!

I renewed my Alberta Health Card in this registry last March 11, since I was in town. I was told to wait for a week for my new card to be mailed. Been waiting for almost a month since I transferred job location only to find out I don’t have a renewal in their system when I called Alberta Health to follow up on my renewal. I went there twice, open Saturdays but only 1 was working and not accepting Alberta Health transactions, told to come back Monday so I did. Signed a form, and finished the transaction but wasted a day and waited a month for nothing. Total disappointment. 👎
