The costumer service has immensely diminished. Make sure you read what you want repaired on the documents or else they will repair something else. They may write something else that you tell them. Circle check your vehicle when you arrive there as some parts may go missing such as one of your lug nuts. The head mechanic yells at customers when they address a concern. This business is not cooperative. Buyers Beware.

My Van’s rear disc brake calipars seized up whilst I was touring Waterton Nat’al Park. I calld D’s Setvice and spoke with Morgan. I told him I am out of town and need to get my brakes serviced. He told me to bring in my next morning. He preordered the parts we would require( rotor and disc pads), and we agreed to order the calipars once he determined if they needed to be replaced.
After taking the vechicle in and leaving the vechcile fir the repairs, I get a call 1.5 hrs after, saying the brakes are fixed.
They serviced it quickly and replaced both calipars and had it ready to drive promptly. I am from Vancouver, and this repair would have cost me much more than what D’s Service Charged me for the total repair. Thank you Morgan and staff at D’s for helping out to keep our vacation to Alberta going with such pleasant and friendly service

While visiting southern Alberta from the US we had a check engine light come on and needed to find a good mechanic to help us out. My dad recommended D’s and Steve got us in right away. They quickly found out the simple and easy fix for our problem and got us on our way for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

I had a wheel bearing on my travel trailer grenade while heading home to Calgary and almost catch the trailer on fire. Dusty walked me through the best way to limp it to the shop to get it repaired. It wasn’t 3 hours later we were back on the road headed home at a very fair price. Highly recommend this gem of a shop.

My dealership quoted over $1700 to fix a few things. One thing, (after testing), for $186 did not need done; and the rest with an extra thing added came to about $512 at D's Service. I was delightfully surprised. This was definitely worth the drive. Sorry dealership, but you have lost some trust.
