I was so impressed when I shopped here on Saturday, June 21.
This location on Simcoe St. was impressive. The produce was plentiful and really fresh.
The aisles had fully stocked shelves and I found everything on my list.
Most notably, however, were the staff.
I saw so many staff busy restocking produce, and in the various areas answering customers' questions (including one of mine).
It was great to be able to find someone so quickly for assistance, which is indeed a rarity.
The cashiers were great too.
Mine redirected people behind me to a less busy lane, and as I was leaving, I noticed another cashier going that extra mile to help an elderly lady.
Keep up the fantastic work!

It’s a good store overall. Be careful of expiry dates on milk. Shelves tend to be empty occasionally and that can be annoying. Generally a typical no frills experience. Lots of parking available which is nice.

If you see something on sale take pictures of the price tag with item, they oftem missplace regular priced item over sale price tag and later show like they are upset because the customer made a mistake. It happened many time. If you don't pay attention to price in details, you will pay more money that you should be.
Also most staff here are Karens.

Most unprofessional managers I've ever experienced in a long time. The price was clearly marked incorrectly but would not honour the the price. They acknowledged it was wrong but were super rude about it, like it was my fault the price was wrong. They brushed me off like I did not eexist. I can't emphasize the level of rudeness. I'm never going back
