The customer service here is the absolute best. Always friendly and polite. I am always treated extremely well and with dignity. I’ve never had any issues with loans and It’s the only payday advance business I would ever go to. I definitely recommend others to come here also. 5 Stars! Thanks guys.

The customer service is very efficient. The staff is courteous
and helpful. They make the process easy (eazy). Also they do not look down on you when you need to ask for a payday loan.

I went to obtain a loan from this useless company and all he did was go through months of my banking information and denied me because of couple nsf from months earlier that were cleared the falling month
Months ago
I feel what he did was wrong.
And i do pay my debts.
I do not recommend this place .
Deserves no business from anyone trying to obtain a loan.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION

I have no problem with Western Union, my problem was with the guy that works there. I sent money, wrote the name down. He put the name in wrong. My mistake was not checking the name spelling before lvn. I called in the morning to see if it can be fixed over the phone. The disrespect, made me go there to cancel the transaction. When i got there, he said " lets see if we can fix it here", to which i said "i do not want it fixed, i want to cancel the transaction. I will rather give my money to someone who will treat me with respect ". He canceled the transaction and gave me $200 back without the fee. I asked, what happened to the $11? He said, because you canceled it you don't get your fee back. 😂 i called Western Union, reported him while in the store. Western union called him, he lied and told them that, he told me i will loose the fee if i canceled the transaction. Long story short, he returned the $11 and i went to a money gram location which happened to be at a cheaper rate. I WISH I COULD RATE LOWER.đŸ€Ź
I feel they behave this way because of the location and the people they serve. Underprivileged or not, no business should treat customers this way.

Don't trust fake reviews. The owner and employees are responsible for the 5-star reviews. Awful customer service, borderline illegal business practice, complete rip-off and taking advantage of those less fortunate or who don't know any better. Stay away!

Worst service ever. I walked in yesterday and no one was at the front table. I waited about 20mins for someone to come to the front and no did!! Went for a quick cigarette and finally someone decided to show up at the front.

I was hoping to get a loan from the place but the guy kept on complaining about the preauthorised debit form and saying it was wrong!! Never going back here again.
