Thank you for a wonderful day. Your helpful staff made the day by showing me how to make 4 great cards and your smiling and knowledgeable front desk lady and your helpful store employees made this a wonderful experience. When I got home I noticed the mini 3D card you gave out was from Morrinsville New Zealand and I was born 30 mins from there in Paeroa and grew up 30 mins in other direction in Ngatea both in the North Island. I live in Belleville now, but sometimes it is a small world...thanks again

I don't write bad reviews but I have had a few difficulties with this shop and I felt it important to pass on the info. My first issue was with a product that had completely dried out. I contacted them for a refund and was given an option of a refund ord something that would help soften the product. I sent them a message saying I would prefer a refund. I heard nothing until I sent another message and was told that they had sent me the product that would help. It smelled terrible and it didn't. A few months ago I put through another order and the discount code did not go through (it could have been my fault --- but I'll never know). When I contacted them they refused to put the code through. So, I cancelled the order. I had used 12,000 of my hard earned points (it had taken several years to collect) and I just found out that those points were not returned to me. Totally unacceptable. If they want to keep customers they should be making more of an effort. I was going to place a good size order through until I realized that my points had been "zeroed" out. But I'd rather not deal with them. There a so many other companies that put their customers first.

Was on Facebook and read a few card/craft recommendations suggesting "If you are going to be in Toronto, go two hours east on the 401 to Shannonville Road to Ecstasy Crafts". Really!

YES, REALLY!! It certainly is worth the drive there. Why? Because the selection is the best. Not to bash our typical craft stores in Ontario, Canada but this is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. If they don't have it in the store, they have a warehouse out back.

I am still somewhat new so not really sure what I needed but the lovely ladies working there were very happy to assist with my silly questions and walk me through some must-haves. I loved that they had samples of cards everywhere for inspiration. They had so many different brand names that the variety should appease everyone.

Was on a tight schedule so couldn't stay for the afternoon but if my husband and doggie weren't waiting in the truck.... you bet your ink pad I would still be there!!

I shall now check out their warehouse online and get a new shopping list ready. Woooo hoo!
