This place is my new favourite store! The customer experience was epic and I felt welcomed and helped every step of the way and never felt embarrassed or shy talking to anyone. I had a great experience shopping at Edward’s Factory Outlet in the past—found my favorite pair of pants here. This time, however, was disappointing. I went in for pants again, but the salesperson was not pleasant to deal with. Instead of helping me find the right fit, she kept pushing additional items like a belt and a shirt and seemed more focused on making a quick sale than actually assisting me. Her demeanor and attitude came across as rude, especially with comments about me taking too long and being picky. She also made rude jokes that made me feel like my style and preferences were bad, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. It felt like she just wanted me to buy the first pair she handed me so I wouldn’t “waste her time.” In the end, I had to return the pants because I wasn’t happy with the alterations. Definitely not the same positive experience I had before.

10000/10 would recommend shopping here for all your PPE needs. I've had amazing customer service every time I've gone in. While women's work boot selections are limited, they ordered in the boots I wanted as they did not have the size I needed at the time. They also honoured the sale price as the sale was over once my boots arrived! It's appreciated!

The staff and management at Edwards goes above and beyond,I can't think of a retail business anywhere that gives 100 percent customer service like they do, whether your buying a t shirt, coveralls or a suit ,you are missing out if you don't shop at Edwards
