The whole of the Eldorado RV Facilities surely helped make my RV off grid and year round camping dreams a reality. I made the two hour drive from Calgary to Coalhurst, AB to acquire this unit specifically. I am comfortable and very much happy with my interactions with the sales and service teams; truly! These guys helped us out of a jam today. Trouble shot our RV door lock on the spot and have a new part arriving tomorrow. Did what they needed to so we could actually use our door until the parts arrive. Really friendly service from everyone we spoke with. Thank you !

Dealing with this company on an RV trailer only to finally discover the trailer was sold three weeks earlier. They are either dishonest or inept at their job. Neither option is desirable. *Update* today is Feb 1/25 at 10:00am, according to their own website it says they open at 9:00am. Called their number, I get a nice recording from some gentlemen running thru all their various hours of operation for each department, and then it ends. No prompt for live person etc. I hit zero to see what happens, and I get the voicemail for after hours service? Can this organization be any worse run

Thanks Evan for the great service and information on our new Jayco 5th wheel. Evan responded promptly to all our texts and requests and was very knowledgable about our trailers' features and specifications! We would contact Evan again for any future purchases! Thanks again! I'm adding to my review. The sales process went very well but after sales support has been very difficult with promises and processes being changed from verbal discussions. Get everything in writing.
