I scheduled an appointment with Elite Carpet Care, but they kept rescheduling and were very difficult to communicate with. I waited an extra week, only to have them show up late without any prior notice. The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service.

Had such a great experience with this company. Todd went well over above and beyond with his services. Offered to quickly get some stains out of carpet I didn't even pay for. (Just getting the stairs handled.) Not only does it look phenomenal, but it smells great and looking brand new. I am going to re book for a full deep clean. This time I'll give him a better time frame to work with. Oh yes he also accommodated me on super short notice!

Todd is a great guy- definitely the kind of person anyone would like to deal with. He’s friendly, honest, hard working and does a great job cleaning carpets. He made ours look brand new and I am very happy with how clean they are. Trust Todd with all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!

I just got home to check out my freshly cleaned carpets and all I can say is wow! These carpets are 10 years old, been used and abused, four flights of carpeted stairs and raising a boy has taken its toll. I cannot believe how good they look. My only regret is not having Todd come every year and clean them. It was easy, I didn’t have to be there and he left an invoice at the house upon completion. Will definitely be using him again - Thanks Todd!

Our carpets were HORRIBLE lol... Todd did an amazing job, done fast and was on time!

Also gave me lots of little tips to keep clean and prevent staining from things you wouldn't even think of like metal dust/oil from door hinges. Highly reccomend!
