Trevor was fantastic! He was very patient with me & helpful. We finally found the perfect ring and it was sized for my tiny finger in less than an hour. Old school jeweler vibes, I feel like I'm in Vegas at some pawn shop in the old strip and the guys are buttering me up, and the gal is pulling all the nice chains out like I'm Bob Barker and I wanna buy it all and that's exactly what I like about this place.
Oh and there's crystals too!

I stopped in today to Elvis Fine Jewelry in Osoyoos and I met Elvis, Trevor, and Daryl the master gemologist and goldsmith. I was quite surprised at what I found when I passed through the door as this store is jam packed with all sorts of treasures. I saw new jewelry, vintage and estate jewelry (brooches, cuff links etc.) silver, gold, rings (mens & ladies), watches, watch bands, clocks, coins, Aboriginal carvings, soap stone statue, soap stone antiques, ivory binoculars, gemstones, pendants, healing crystals, jewelry boxes, hand beaded skulls from Mexico, Elvis collectible paraphernalia and so much more. On top of all this you will find a music store in the back where you will find a variety of instruments like an accordion, guitars, ukuleles, a saxophone, a French horn, a flute, a violin, percussion instruments, Snoopy's jaw harps, harmonicas, a gramophone, vinyl records (33 & 45), 8 tracks, disco crystal ball, amplifiers and tons of other music related items like picks, capos, ukulele & guitar hangers/straps/stands, fruit shakers, sound mixers, and so much more! As I spoke further to Trevor and Elvis I learned that their father was a musician back in Alberta and it was he who started their first family jewelry store 65 years ago. Their father shared both the love of music and jewelry with his sons and the rest is history as they say. You must stop in the next time you are passing through Osoyoos!

The claws on my grandmothers engagement ring were loose and I brought it to Elvis to get it fixed. Darryl did an incredible job- the quality of his work is impeccable and I can wear my rings confidently, knowing I’m not going to lose the diamond now. The prices are affordable and the service is very quick. Darryl even offered to deliver my ring to me at work because he knew I’d be tight for time. He is such a friendly face, at work and outside of work around town- very good rep for the company. Definitely recommend for any jewelry needs!

I worked with this company as a supplier and I can't get my money from them for half a year. 6 month ago they called me and asked to help with some Diamonds because they broke a stone from the customer and promised to pay for it straight away. I'm trying to get my money for a very long time, they just don't pick up the phone and don't answer emails. Last time when I spoke to Daryl he started to make fun of me and hang up the phone. Be very careful in dealing to them if you don't wanna be in my shoes.

I have dealt with Elvis and Trevor at Elvis Fine Jewelry for a number of years, and have been very satisfied with my transactions with them as well as the quality of their products. For them, I give a 5-star rating.
This year I met Daryl, their goldsmith, and had two transactions with him. Both left me feeling uncertain that he had dealt with me fairly.
I had an antique brooch that I wanted converted to a necklace. Daryl removed the brooch fittings and commented that the housing of the gem was 9 karat gold—so soft it wasn’t allowed for use in Canada. When I asked about the gold removed, he glibly said that it wasn’t gold but a nickel alloy. I shrugged it off at the time, because it wasn’t a huge amount.
I then commissioned a lady’s ring. I wanted three diamonds in the setting and he asked if I had any old gold jewellery that might be used. I brought in a ring with 3 diamonds as well as a gold chain and he said I would receive a credit for that gold. He suggested the ring would take 8-10 weeks.
Sixteen weeks later, Daryl called to say the ring would be ready in a day. When I picked it up, there was no gold credit, and Daryl wasn’t in the store. I asked for him to call me, and he did so the next day. When I queried the credit, he first claimed that he did not issue the credit because he had lost money on the ring. He then claimed that the gold couldn’t be used in the ring because of uncertain quality.
I have previously dealt with other goldsmiths as well as having sold jewellery. The ring he made was to my specifications. However, I felt taken advantage of, and will not deal with him again.

Daryl from this shop literally went out of his way to call me after hours to let me know he will be delivering my brand new ring he custom built for me to my house this Friday! Now that's exceptional service. Thank you Daryl for being so amazing. You are a true gem in our city.
