I had been looking for a reasonable contractor to build me a deck for sometime now. I heard about an app which I made a post on and Craig was one of 3 contractors that replied to my ad within the same day. I had a quote fast and he honoured it after the job was finished.

They tore down and removed my existing deck for me, them built an amazing deck with a pergola and skirting around for storage under it. All built on top of 3 newly installed concrete big foots. Both my wife and myself are super happy with their work, punctuality and work ethic. They took their time and Craig was super detailed oriented making sure the job was done right. The part that really impressed me was the quality material he used. All GRK and antiruat screws. The deck boards were put in by hand with camo screws into the edges so you don't see screw hokes. In addition I was quoted 8 days to complete the job and that was how long it took and passed HRM inspection with flying colours.

We can't say enough positive things about Eriksen Contracting. We had been looking to have work done on our home for years and we could not get anyone to show up (let alone do it). They came in and did a great and thorough job that will last a long time. They were very punctual and were great with their communication. We started out with one project and they did such a great job, we ended up having them completely freshen up our entire home. Including fence and deck restoration (where others said they would need to be completely replaced), deck staining, house painting (interior and exterior), plumbing and some electrical work, they can do it all. They are very conscientious and made improvements that we had never thought about, to make our home healthier. As an added plus, they are genuinely great people. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
