I had the wonderful experience at shopping at Vaughn ever knew this weekend. I had purchased a dress online that didn’t fit quite right. While being greeted by the woman at the cash register, I explained to her my dilemma, she spent over an hour assisting me to find the right dress for me and my event. Return was not an issue. Absolutely will continue shopping her and recommending my friends and family.

I recently bought a bunch of dresses online and unfortunately most of them didn’t fit good and one was even defective i so went to return them at this location.

The store manager left me with such a sour taste as she didn’t want to take back the defective dress. She ended up doing but explained their online store and physical stores don’t talk to one other and that they would be responsible for the defective. WHO says that to the customer?!? You are one company, one brand. Think about your customer experience if you want them to continue to shop at the store.

It’s unfortunate as the clothing design is great. After I use up my refund credit it would be the last I shop here again.

Love this store and their staff! I was shopping for my niece's gift and everyone (manager & salesppl) were so helpful and friendly! Found the perfect outfit for her she loved it and now she thinks I'm the coolest aunt ever!! 😉 Thank you to all of you - such a great team!!

❌️Buyers beware.!❌️ This company refuses to refund my returns because they were on sale, but there was no warning on website checkout page. They are holding more than $1400 of my money up and continues to ignore my request for a refund, when the items I return are in perfect resaleable conditions. Buy at your own risk of items not fitting and they refusing to refund you.

In addition, the staff at the Vaughan Mills location was rude and judgmental when I sought help with the return, as if I was looked down on. Unacceptable and outrageous behaviour from a store salesperson.

I was so pleased with the great customer service I got from MELONY at this location today . She was pleasant , very patient and so helpful . Thank you MELONY for your help today and since I love Ever new and I am so impressed by your customer service (by the way I love both dresses you suggested for me ) I will definitely come back to this location . Very bad customer service. I bought a dress with full price and it ended up going on sale in three days with almost half the price. I asked for price match but they made excuses and wouldn’t do the price match. It’s not fair at all.

I would never buy from this store.

ONLINE ORDER- Had a horrible customer service experience with your online orders team. Received a dress that was clearly worn and asked for someone to cover the dry cleaning costs…. And was told no and accused of wearing the dress myself. Worst customer service I have had in a while.
