I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eyelike Optical in North York for the first time, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional client experience at this establishment. The optician, Tori, along with associate Walton, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and extensive knowledge in customer service and care, exceeding my expectations. Diane and staff all have extensive knowledge with customer service & care that goes above and beyond expectations. Eyelike Optical has a wide range of high end glasses to choose from and if you can’t find what you’re looking for they will help find it online with you to make sure you are a satisfied patron before exiting the shop. My experience here was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Katie for being incredibly friendly and professional during my eye exam—she made the entire process smooth and comfortable.

I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Tori and Julia for their help with my contact lens fitting, especially Tori. It was my first time putting on contact lenses, and with their guidance, everything went perfectly.

It was a snow day, and I visited Eyelike on Young Road. Two staff members, especially Tu, an enthusiastic man, were very helpful in advising me on different types of glasses. The office had a great atmosphere, and the service was excellent.
