This is such a cute little cafe and roastery in the heart of Cobourg, located right next to the beautiful Victoria Hall. The cafe is warm, bright and very welcoming, giving off very chill vibes with some nice music.
We ordered a flat white, a tea and some pastries. They also have bagels, wraps and sandwiches.
The highlight was definitely their coffee though. They roast their own beans and sell them as well. The branding is on point and so much fun, with mythical names and stories behind each of the beans they sell. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely visit again!

My go-to coffee house in Cobourg. I've been loving it ever since I first visited months ago! They have a good selection of drink choices from hot to cold that fit any weather, and each drink is made in front of you with care (which I love). I went during Cobourg's Pride & Canada Day and didn't wait long.

We happened to walk into this new cafe in Cobourg. I am not a coffee drinker, but love the aromas and know good coffee. As per my husband, the coffee was excellent; my tea was hood as well. We bought a pack of their coffee beans as they smelled heavenly. Slice if the lemon and poppy seed loaf was perfect. We couldn't try the sandwiches as the were sold out; they bake their own bread. What I liked was the thoughtful gesture if making lemon infused water available for customers. The hosts engaged with all customers. The only thing that could be better is asking customers if they need coffee to stay or go. I would have preferred reusable mugs instead of take out. Good luck with this new endeavour!

What a great coffee shop. I asked for a 'pour over' coffee, explaining to Nick, the co-owner, that I was still chasing how to make the perfect cup of coffee. Nick took the time to give me a education on how to achieve my "coffee dream," as well was very patient answering my questions and explaining his new business. Nick obviously has a passion for all thing coffee.

The coffee Nick produced was on point.

Great location, reasonable prices, comfortable atmosphere (love the clean lines throughout). I can envision Fabled Beans becoming a "must go to" Cobourg coffee shop.

I am new to town and had a wonderful conversation with Dominic (one of the owners) who recommended so many things to do. The music is fun yet calming, the seating is modern and comfortable and the coffee smells SUPERB. The cappuccino was beautifully crafted, the cream cheese bagel was toasted to perfection and melts in your mouth, and the apple fritter was the best midday snack.
Definitely recommend a visit, even just for the story.
