I’ve been a long time customer of Fabrications and have also had the great pleasure of working at this very special little boutique for the last year. Jane curates the most beautiful collection of clothing, jewelry and accessories and inspires us all with her colourful and creative window displays. She also works incredibly hard to create a happy, warm and inviting atmosphere in her shop for all of her customers and her staff. It has been such a joy to work in a supportive and caring environment with people who believe in providing excellent customer service. I would recommend this little gem of a store to anyone, even if I am a little biased! 😉 💕

My wife and I visited the Fabrications boutique recently. I’m sure it’s uncommon for a husband to send in a review for a women’s clothing store! However, I was so impressed with the service, and the care and attention my wife got when we visited this store. She had the best experience ever in a clothing store, got some great clothes that looks really good on her, and she was just so happy with the outcome. I can’t recommend the store enough. I had a nice comfy chair to sit on and just enjoyed the show.

Even though we live in Victoria, I’ll bet dollars to donuts that my wife will go back up to Duncan to get more clothes at this great boutique.

Fabrications is a "jewel box" of a store. I live in Victoria and there is nothing comparable. It's definitely worth the drive! This very special boutique abounds with beautiful unique pieces of quality clothing featuring lovely prints, pops of colour and beautiful fabrics. I often have difficulty finding clothes I feel good in but Coreena was so helpful. She suggested a blouse I wouldn't have thought of and I absolutely love it! With its inviting atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable staff and fabulous clothing and accessories, Fabrications is a joy to shop in! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Are amazing to deal with online. I’ve never had better service and they are so pleasant to deal with. If your looking for someone to help you with your wardrobe this is the store to choose.
They carry quality clothing lines, part 2 , Joules etc all quite reasonably priced and stylish.
When I’m lucky enough to visit the island this is one of my first stops.

Fabrications is a beautifully presented shop, both inside and out. The window displays are always fabulous no matter the season, and the clothing you’ll find inside is always first-class — fun patterns, delightful colours, and excellent fabrics. What more could you ask for? Not to mention the lovely selection of jewellery and accessories!

As for the staff, I cannot speak to anyone else’s experience, but I can share my own. Lorraine is an incredibly warm person who always goes out of her way to be kind. Leslee is such a joy to chat with, and funny too! Jane has been nothing but gracious and generous to not only me personally, but to everyone I’ve seen her interact with. All three of these ladies each have their own wonderful, unique styles and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you walk away with something that you’ll treasure for years to come.

Fabrications is, as another reviewer put it, truly a jewel of a store. You won’t regret visiting 🤍

February of this year my sister and I were unable to visit our mom for her birthday due to Covid, so we decided to buy her some jewelery from one of her fav artists - Karyn Chopik, and once we did a little bit of research we found out that Fabrications is a vendor for her jewelry! Our mom has been a long time customer at Fabrications and I have had the pleasure of knowing Jane and her daughter for a majority of my life, so it was obvious we were going to support this business with our purchase. Neither my sister or myself live on Vancouver Island so we called the store and I believe we spoke to Trish, who was extremely helpful and patient. She took photos of their jewelry case with specific pieces in our price range, texted them to us and helped us pick, and then once we chose the ones we wanted she took our payment over the phone, wrapped up the gift, and then kept it there safe and sound until our mom went to pick it up! The customer service has always been exceptional, but this time we were blown away, Thank you Fabrications! ❤️

Best clothing shop in Duncan, I found the staff friendly, experienced and professional. The selection is fresh and fantastic, and lots to choose from.
