Today I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Fairweather store in Vaughan Mills! The store had an amazing collection, and I ended up spending $200 on some great finds. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to both managers, Maya and Marina, who were extremely helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish and affordable clothing. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very bad staff. I usually go there to buy stuff but this time there was a guy who I assume is new. I asked him to show me the good clothes for boys, he was soo rude to me and was talking with attitude and in disrespectful tone. He just told me you will find it there and started talking on phone. I'll not recommend to any of my friend to go to this store because of the staff you hired. It's request from the customer to see and improve you staff for the good sales if you want. And when customer is asking something talking on phone is not a good customer service

I bought a jacket in November at this place, I used it 4 times, on Thursday when it snowed I played with my children and it got dirty. I washed it and it broke into 3 parts and the cotton inside got all messed up.I came to change it and the manager very rudely told me that time had passed, very bad place, bad jackets and very bad service, I will never buy a jacket in this place again, I hope Let no one do it

I'm in hopes that this review gets read by Fearweathers head office Owners. On Saturday August 18, 2018 i went in to the Fearweather store Located at the vaughan mills mall looking for dress pant's i found one i liked and the price said in a big red sign that all the pant's on that section were only $15 so i quickly grab the pants go to the cashier it took around 10 minutes for someone to noticed i was at the front finaly a women came to the cash first of all she does not greet me and second in a yelling tone says to me that the pants are $20! Without me even asking.. so i tell her but the sign says $15 and she says yeah someone put that sign there so no you are wrong they are $20 are you going to take them or not < she was yelling at me in a complete rude tone of voice my husband was next to me his witness of how rude she was for absolutely no reason at all so i told her it's ok i wont be taking them so she pulls them off my hands and says again in a really rude tone that's fine! I ask please to head office to send someone undercover so you can see how this women who i think was manager of the store is treating your customers i've had amazing customer service at the Fearweather at Bramalea City Centre mall in Brampton no one has ever been this rude to me very poor customer service from her part. Fearweather Head office owners you are losing customers because of the way this women is treatong people i ask that you please have a meeting with your managers and retrain them on on the most basic and essential things like how to treat customers with respect.. Because yelling at them and not even greeting them when you see them is a priority when you work in a sales industry and having to deal with customers on a daily basis and if you are unable to treat people with respect then you are in the wrong business.

Ask for Maya and Taz! They helped me out with a suit for my cousins wedding. I entered the store telling them i need a last minute suit and they quickly helped. When a size doesnt fit Maya didnt give up on me ahaha she kept finding sizes for me till i find the right one. I was able to get a good suit in about 30 mins and still made it for the wedding i thought i wasnt gonna be on time for.
