The worst service
Sam who is on the order desk is full of attitude
Had my sled in for service and drive chain replacement, sled was left apart for over nine month, then I got a call asking if it was mine because they thought it was old stock it had been there so long, after service and repairs were done first trip out bolt comes loose on the secondary and blows belt and destroys plastics, plastics were only year old, I now have to pay 1000 plus bill, gram owner did kindly give parts at cost but when parts came in parts were ordered incorrectly again by Sam, when I notified her of issue and that parts were at discounted rate, I had to pay again
I constantly had to call for updates on parts arrival, and paid full pop for remainder
I was a long standing customer who has bought an two new sleds and had over 30k in work done on 3 other sleds
Definitely beware if you are not swayed by this review, I suggest you use another dealer aside from fast track and country cat

Excellent service,hands down. A real treat to be treated as valued customer from counter staff to management. I traveled 100 kms out of my because the counter staff was so pleasant.

Would 100% recommend Fast Track Power Sports if you are considering buying something used or new!
Bought my used Kawasaki Vulcan S from here earlier this week! From the first phone call about the bike and then right through to picking it up, the service, responsiveness and flexibility to making it a great purchase was outstanding.
Even though we live 3 hours away, we will definitely reach out to them first for any accessories or future needs!

Was a great place not sure about it now brand new quad not even a year old battery was pooched no warranty not sure what this place has come to.. dealt with them alot was a great place now I'm going to take my money somewhere else that's to bad they lost out on a couple thousand dollars clearly they don't need it... terrible customer service.. owner is probably a good guy.. and the employees are probably doing there best but not sure about this place anymore .. 🙁

small dealership in a small.town... but it shows all the good qualities of a small town... super friendly and helpful. Came in close to closing tine.. got the parts i needed and what wasnt in stock they had for me the next business day...Happy to look up.items.and happy to talk.motorcycles even if a sale isnt pending... Have not tried service yet.. but parts and sales really make this place shine...
