Its a shame that I have to give one star to this company after the way they treated my nephew. He had bid on two auctions and one the first one but never received an invoice after several attempt to get one by email and phone there was no response. So a few weeks later he bid on another auction that he ended up winning and this time an invoice was received for this auction and then my nephew emailed again and the response was that they tried to bill his credit card 3 times but it declined but instead of contacting him they cancelled the previous auction. After some back and forth emails and nasty response where they referred to my nephew as a piece of trash and wished they lived closer to him so they could see what a piece of trash lives.

I have owned my business for nearly 15 years and would never treat any client like this. They were completely unprofessional in how they handled it. Especially that he was diagnosed with ASD ( autism spectrum disorder). I simply believe this was a case of they did not get the right amount for the cards. I highly recommend to not by anything from these people. A case with the Better Business Bureau has been opened as well.

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, which she clearly forgot about and then blamed me for “messing the dates up” Despite sending a picture to confirm the date and time that we agreed on I was still there and waiting for 30 minutes while trying to call her, she finally picked up and rescheduled—without offering an apology.

On Tuesday, I picked up my SUP board, again without receiving an apology. When I got home and inflated the board, I found a hole in the seam covered with duct tape.

This experience was very unprofessional and careless. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Avoid at all costs.

Bought 3 items from this auction. A tent, some hockey cards and a bird feeding station. I get that their site says "as is" but come on. There is a huge difference between "as is" and not all pieces there. Bird station had 2 feed holders and no poles and no hangers. Contacted them and asked a few times before i got a response. They were kinda rude and tossed this aside. They dont mind getting their 16% fees, but not the responsibility of keeping customers happy. Stay far away from this "business". I do alot of purchases thru auctions but never got the treatment like i got from this company. Sad to say...but this is how some businesses make their money.

EDIT: now these POS put in a claim that i did a credit card charge back LOL....now some auctioneers wont accept me....What a bunch of little Bois they have there...cant stand by their products...and cower down when confronted....Flat tires on the highway of life

I gave several items on consignment that are of high quality. I sent emails to the auctioneer showing each item as a separate lot with a description. I assumed the items would be posted for sale as per the pictures but that was not the case at all. The auctioneer completely ignored my email pictures and grouped several items, many that were new, as a large group. 20 plus lots came down to few than six lots posted. I couldn’t believe it!
When I brought my concern to both owners, they became verbally abusive and cancelled all the posted items and started to send several bullying emails that were rude, disrespectful, ignorant, and very immature. Although I continued to take the high road, it ended up to no avail when after eight days of trying to get out stuff back, we were finally allowed to pick up our items.
When we arrived to pick up our items, The owner, Steve, lunged at my husband several times while his wife Lesley tried to hold him back. Screaming “I know where you live”. Once our items were dropped in a container and brought to our car beyond the end of their property, we saw we had an item missing. When my daughter tried to get their attention after realizing an item had not been returned, my daughter stepped a couple feet onto their property to call out for their attention, Lesley came storming out and began hurling nasty remarks and told her to get off her property. We never did get the last piece of property from them as they claimed they never had even though I had proof via an email with the picture of the item I had sent them before the items had been posted.
Listen to other past customers comments that had a similar experience with these people. They are nice at first until you have a complaint. Then all hell breaks loose with these two.

STAY AWAY!! Leslie and Steve are spiteful bullies. They withhold property that does not belong to them and lie about it! They also rig their auctions allowing them to physically go in and jack up the pricing of an item if they are not happy with amount in hopes the bidder will bid higher then they originally intended inorder for them to make more money!! SCAM ARTISTS!! Rude and pathetic people! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THEIVES!!

Beware! Only place bids with them when live with mintutes to go with the auction item as auctioneer uses the practice of "bid schilling." I put a max bid on four items, came back two hours later to see all four bids were maxed to what I bid but not over all by the same account. I've noticed similar practices in their last auction. I get their job is to get the most for their clients but still pretty slimy!

Totally unprofessional - I purchased and paid for a few small items through an online auction. They never sent me the items even though they accepted the money. They later banned me from their auctions, sent me a rude and very unprofessional email claiming that I never paid, had no intention to pay and threatened to report me to a credit bureau. I sent them evidence of my payment and of course they don’t respond now.

Would not recommend doing business with them
